Kiev Property management

Looking for advice on anyone who knows a good property management company in Kiev - city center.

I have some property I rent and with my fiance coming to USA need to hire a company to collect the rent and deposit in my bank account and to pay monthly utility bills.  The property I rent is for longterm tenants (2 months minimum rent and around $1,600 per month).  I am wondering if any of you know companies who would do this.  I have found a few companies who provide this service but am a little skeptical of them.

I am back in Kiev September 2 through the 10th so hoping to interview a couple of people to take care of this.

Todd, if you have a legal adreement with the people who rent your flats, just add a notice to it, that since september, for example, they will be paying not in cash, but using a bank and transfering monthly rent to your bank account. Then give your bank instructions on monthly payments for utility bills. I don't know about other banks, but the old Reiffeisen bank Ukraine (now OTP bank) definitely can do it. It'll be much cheaper and safer, IMHO.
