Hey Everyone!

Time to put aside all the petty squabbles and differences - just for a while.

I have been closely monitoring an increasingly serious health crisis with one of our members.

On Friday evening, Jack Bragg was admitted to the RHD Medical Center in Dallas Texas. His chief complaint was pain in his leg, which later turned out to be diagnosed as a blood clot. Jack managed to make a few posts and email on Friday and Saturday from his laptop in the hospital - and then things grew quite serious.

Sometime on Sunday (yesterday) he began coughing blood. This apparently meant that the blood clot had traveled from his leg to his lungs, and he was suffering from pulmonary edema. This condition, from what I have read, is fatal in about 20% of the people who suffer from it. Jack was moved to intensive care, and his family was summoned overnight. His children and brother are with him now, and have been with him since early this morning.

As I understand it, the blood clot broke up and made its way to several locations - many of which are causing problems at the moment.

His condition is listed as critical. His brother said they are slowly beginning to think he may pull out of it, but there is a very long road back, even in the best of circumstances.

Jack cannot be reached in ICU, so there is no easy way to contact him right now.

I know Jack has had run-ins with many on RWD, and elsewhere. There are many reasons for it - not the least of which is Jack's pitbull style of arguing. Nonetheless, there is nobody who can claim that Jack lacks passion for his belief that Russian Women are the best in the world. In many ways he is like on overgrown kid who believes fiercely in his position and will not change it for anyone.

You may not like Jack - and you may not like his tactics or his style - but I ask everyone to consider that a man's life hangs in the balance. This is not about WMVM vs WMVO or 10 years vs 30 years. This is real life ... and death.

I urge you to hold Jack up in your prayers - or wish him good Karma or whatever your personal belief system calls for in times of crisis.

Jack is certainly in our thoughts and prayers.  Besides, he is too damn ornery to let this thing keep him down for long!

Blockage of little vessels the supply oxygen to the lungs causes damage to the lung tissue, pulmonary infarction, looks like that is what hapend.
As he is still rather young chances are he will make it.

Being surrounded by some of the most beautiful ladies in the world can overload a man's senses and put him in the hospital. It happend to Rvrwind(Richard) and now Jack. There's definately a pattern here and the culprit is being a FSU marriage agency owner. Limit seeing one FSU woman a day!

Jack, I fisrt encountered your name on another forum where you were seen close to the devil. During my time here and seeing more of your postings my opinion of you has changed and you have managed to get my respect. Even if you have that Russian method of giving back people what they sling at you double and never backing down from a fight.
In this time I hope you can show the same talents, as you need them for a big fight right now. I wish you a full recovery.
