As a follow-up are a few other suggestions I have for you.

1) Consider posting your profile with your PHOTO.  You want women to know you are black so they can opt to contact you or not.  You will get plenty of responses.

2)  Elena's models let's you search by women who have no preference or are open to multiracial partners.  FSU women tend to distinguish between multi-racial (Brown) skin and Black (Dark) skin.   The darker you are the more challenging in that they just have not had as much experience or exposure.

3)  Consider other republics than Kiev and Ukraine.  Kazakstan and Kyrgystan have mixed populations and are Asian.  Moldova is a non-Slavic country, etc. 

4) Even if you meet a woman interested in you, you may still have to deal with her cultural bias.  She may tell you that you are different, or not "really" black.  Nothing you probably have not heard in America at some point in your life.

Bottom-line be smart about it.  In every country I have been in (over 3 dozen) women love the brothers.

Hi,

  One woman I met around new years in Kiev 2007/2008 could speak broken english and she told me....I scare of "N"...scare me"N"...I understood the meaning of what she said but the way she said it kind of made me stop and pause...I responded..your scared of Negro"? She responded yes and the conversation continued and she changed her wording to Negro instead of "N".
  Later we discussed as best we could about this subject and her responses where centered on New Orleans and what she had seen on television so I understood better what she was thinking as the media had brought out some pictures for her mind to cause her to be fearful.
  Hmmm..was very interesting to me and sort of explained how media images can create mental thoughts without seeing everything about a race or people in context other than news.

Very sound advice.
You could send hundreds of letters before finding what you seek.
That being said however, if you posted your picture & profile with a decent agency with honest ladies you can wait for them to contact you if they are interested. If they do you have already crossed the biggest hurdle & the rest is the same as the rest of us had to deal with.
