I am wondering if anyone has any knowledge of this agency:

I looked over their site & noticed some things that raise red flags but figured I'd elicit the opinions of the experts....first hand experiebnce would be bonus but I'll settle for what I can get.
They seem like a new company as they don't have too many ladies, hard to tell as I can't figure out how to navigate their site, I seem to get only 2 pages in their gallery.
Anyway check them out if you care & let me know what you think. If you have intimate knowledge of them I would really like to hear it. If your not comfortable saying it in public you can PM me.

Richard, I had a look and indeed it appears a fresh-start (Copyright © 2007), has a "stable" of 67 phillies and seems to concentrate on Belarus.

I counted 57 ladies there Sandro. 34 of them aged  under 26 yo. Over half the women in the agency is under 26 seems suspicious but for all we know, they went down to the local university to recruit their first women. It's too early to say what this agency is about. Maybe AWeb or HRB will soon pick them up as a feeder agency.

This seems to be the owner or sitebuilder. They use a standard template (forgot to change mail adresses at the scam page).
Under contact there seemsto be a US phonenumber listed.

What red flags do you see Richard?

First they seem to have a very large amount of young ladies. It seems they concentrate their recruiting on the young ones & most of them are still students. That kinda tells me that there may be a lot of flash but little substance. These sort of companies seem to be more interested in marketing arm candy than serious ladies.
The other thing is the contact info & openness if you will. Very vague. I like to know who I am dealing with. Others whom I have a working relationship & banner exchange are very open on their sites in public as we are. Who owns the company, who runs it, who works there with pictures phone #'s etc. These folks seem to make that info hard to run down. Not a good sign in my book.
Thanks Shadow, I got all that but when I read the site, the quality of English says to me that whoever is running it, English is not their native language. Too many grammatical errors typically found in Russian translations.
These folks have approached me about working together & at this point I am skeptical. As you all know we work right out there with full contact info, full disclosure of who works for us & even our pictures for all to see. Before I decide if I will work with them, I need them to reveal who they are. Hiding behind the internet is not acceptable to me.
Lately we have had several agencies want to work with us, I think our reputation is growing. Most I have turned down as I know they are affiliated with one of the big three & others that I know for a fact are not trustworthy.
Why all of a sudden all these other agencies want to hook up with us is beyond me, but I do have my suspicions. I am very choosey about who I work with or what agences I will even exchange banners with. I must know they are honest & have a good reputation before I will deal with them or exchange banners with them.
I have sent them my reply & await their answer, we shall see.

The funny thing is she has different pictures in both sights, but the photographer is the same.

I found one of the women (Alena ID #36) is already on A-web (as Alena # 1089158)... I just happened to remember her profile because I was interested in her when I looked at Aweb (before joining RWD).
