I agree with Taz.  The agencies affiliated with Angelika are excellent and should be at the top of your list.  I worked with their affiliates in 8 different cities and was never dissapointed with the honesty and sincerity of ownership and the competence of their staff.

The master database for Angelika is at www.bluesapphires.net (net, not com).   However, you will usually find promotions on the individual agencies sites...  A directory of affiliates listed by city can be found at

I posted a tip on RWG some years ago that I will post again her now.

If you order, through the lady's local Angelika agency, a single rose to be delivered to her as you opening "hello", you will get the following:

1. Her attention,
2. Her contact info
3. A real-time photo of her taken by the delivery person...not a 5 year old retouched glamour shot that she has chosen to send.
4. A short reply from her.
5. An most important...perhaps enough infomation to decide whether or not to pursue her.

All for about 15 bucks.

If you want to verify an address in Russia just put the street name and city in Google or Yandex and sees what comes up.
Google Eart or Virtual Earth (the Microsoft competitor) can also give a view of the area.

Regarding Russian writing.. it is about time to study it if you do not want to feel completely lost in the near future.
