I thought I had seen a post somewhere here about this but looked around and it is hiding for the moment if it is here.

I just ordered a Russian Keyboard on Ebay yesterday.  I am assuming others might run into this same question.  What do I need to do to be able to use it on my computer and what do I need to do to go back and forth between Russsian an English?

I just created step by step instructions with screenshots for Windows XP! I can send it to anyone interested. Just PM your email address and I will be happy to send it to you. The document is 9.5mb though I hope you have a high speed connection!!!
