You are truly flirting with disaster in this scenario if you're goal is to somehow circumvent the long wait times of the immigrant visa classifications.
If you want to marry in the US, you can, but don't expect anyone to jump through hoops to help you with travel authorization or getting the child here. Matter of fact, they may actively try to delay it. USCIS is never very happy when people try to bend or get around the rules. Best thing you can do is file an I-130 & K-3 after marriage, and let her return to Russia to wait for the packet from the Embassy for her visa interview (6-10 months).

I don't want to be negative on your first day here but...............

A single Russian woman will be denied a tourist Visa about 99.999% of the time. If she is wealthy, owns property, leaving a child behind during the visit, or has visited the US before. They will consider those things and may accept her but most likely not.

If she is related to Putin or knows Condi Rice very well she can most likely get a visa. Otherwise I think you wasted some time and money.

As to #2, if she goes out married to you, then you will be filing for her permanent residency and she should remain out until that is processed for an immigrant visa. She cannot return as a married woman and then adjust status while still on a tourist visa.

I believe that the subject has been addressed several times here in the past.

It is fantastic if she receives a tourist visa, enabling her to see what your life is about. 

Do only that.

If you want to marry, wait.  First, send her back to Russia and immediately file a petition for a fiancee visa.  Then wait 6-12 months, of course meeting every few months in the interim.  Over a lifetime, 6-12 months is nothing.

I suggest fiancee visa because a spousal visa first requires you to marry in Russia and there are a few hurdles that will take time to clear.
