No it's not a joke.  Just someone's opinion of how to "train a husband".  I'm sure it worked for her or she's trying to make some money selling the idea.  I'm sure most men wouldn't respond to her tactics.

Except that title is ironic.  The book actually talks about how wives can improve a marriage by accepting that their husbands think like men, not women.

Driving in to work this morning, DJs were discussing this book.
The females on the crew were all like"I'll start trying this at home"
The guys were saying "Hmmm my wife has started some of these" :cluebat:

I was about to bring up Dr. Laura and her book, but you beat me to the punch.. :P I believe the book could be an asset to wives all over the world and not just those married to AM.. 8)
