So you know the taste of organic food.  Yardwalkers certainly taste better than factory grown chicken -  deriving some of their nutrition from pecking corn kernels in the human deposits exposed beneath the "two holer."

Before the reminiscing gets deeper, maybe we should stop the comparisons here.  We both agree that a man can make his own life regardless of his roots, and so can RW (and many are trying to do exactly that by marrying a Western man).

Don't get me started on chickens LOL. Hating cleaning out the chicken coops. What city folk don't know is the vicious nature of the bird: if one chicken scratches itself and there is some blood, all the other chickens will begin to peck away at it until it finally dies. Much like the behavior too often witnessed on internet forums  ;)

But, I do concur that the true judge of a man and a woman is what they made of their life or what they are trying to make of their life, not where they came from.

This is one of the sillier debates that seem to surface every few months.

My wife is a 3rd-generation Muscovite, when we began chatting on ICQ I didn't give much thought to her location other than noting that if and when we decided to meet, it would be fairly easy. Her experiences in Moscow made her uniquely suited to thrive in our area (we live on the outskirts of Manhattan). Within a week of her arrival she was taking the subway alone, and most recently the steely confidence she brought with her (that some may consider arrogance) has been very useful in her new professional life.

I honestly think that if you make a good connection with someone in Russia or Ukraine, her location shouldn't matter in the least outside of planning the logistics of your visits.

Ok, a thousand thanks to everyone for this overwhelming response. This newbie is going to dive into some of the other fora to read as much as possible and save you from answering old questions... ;)

As a last note, after all the talk on big city girls, I'm still not sure if I should persevere with my 2 contacts from Odessa... :-\
...and I'm definitely going to hide the fact that they are agency girls - and I got them on Anastasia Int. (!)  :o

;)

Looking forward to talking to you all later...

Good luck, UomoCristiano.   Odessa girls are great-- we have several fsu female friends from Odessa.    And many of us at RWD prefer agency found girls to girls on free personals.

An honest agency provides screening and is accountable to keeping a good reputation.  But unfortunately, Anastasia is not one of the honest agencies.

But give the girls a shot....you never can tell.

Thanks for the advice, Thor. Yeah, I knew I was gonna be bashed for that, I have read a lot of bad things about Anastasia...it's just that I AM extremely picky and these two are hotties  :P (and I don't say that too often)!!! I can't let them go! And they sound quite genuine too, although I did expect the first note from my latest honey to be a standard introductory/template letter (where they just replace the name and the rest is pretty generic), it was clear she had actually read my profile. So who knows...maybe she's real. But as you say...it's a minefield! I'll be careful.

Christiano,

Yes there are a lot of hotties in Odessa, and of course u can be luchy :)..

Ukraine is a "candy store" when it comes to girls :). So when you are exstremly picky then Ukraine is the place to go. U know that the girls in Scandinavia is very good looking too, but the FSU girls are simply the best!! And belive me, I was exstremly picky too ;).

Yes I found my bride on www.freepersonals.com, very good site.
Just stating my opinion!  You don't have to agree with it.

Another newbie falling in love with a picture.  No offense, but perhaps it would just be easier to fall for the guy who does the airbrushing.
