Universities in Ukraine?

Hello everyone! this my first time one these forums and I just had a question. Do any of you know any U.S. Universities that have campuses in Ukraine?or any international schools that teach in English? I ask because I am currently enrolled at a community college and thinking about transfering after next school year. Well I originally thought of transfering overseas when I found out that Temple University had a Campus in tokyo.So I will be applying their as well but I have been looking around to see if there are any other places I might want to go to. I have added ukraine on my list because I find the women to be very attractive and when I look at alot of profiles it seems like the women do more than just sit in front of T.V. all day. A little about myself, I'm 20(just last sunday), about 5"10, and athletically built. I'm also African american and part native american, which I know will hurt my chances of finding a potential women but I've decided if that happens I'll try to have a good time anyway. So if any of you guys know I would really appreciate it! Thanks.

P.S. just curious but do Ukrainians know that much about native Americans?

I know David Duke teaches somewhere in Kiev, I don't think he speaks Ukrainian or Russian.  You're on the right track looking at Ukraine over Japan for a lot of reasons.  You social life will be better in Kiev.
As to being black or whatever, that's not going to influence them if they find you attractive and intelligent.  However, if you get serious about one of them, make sure she's really into you and not you as a temporary novelty.
