Florist.ru is the only Russian internet shop that accepts credit cards.  Used them once to send birthday flowers to my friend; very reliable.

I agree with Faux Pas.  I have used www.roses.ru and was very impressed.  I have only used them once but it turned out good.  They do accept credit cards and they deliver to Russia and Ukraine.  Also, their prices are very reasonable.

I've used them 3 times - the chocolates and soft toys that you can order there are a big hit too. 

I'm not entirely sure that I'd call them inexpensive but you certainly seem to get what you pay for.

My girl really liked the roses from www.flowerstoukraine.com (part of the www.russianflora.com group).  She wasn't as thrilled with the ones from www.make-flowers.com (she said they were Crimean roses). Make-flowers.com did have interesting customer service--they delivered the flowers a day early (they were for her birthday), discovered their own mistake, and delivered another bouquet on the correct day without additional charge.

I've never heard anything about Crimean roses being inferior.  I'm curious how she could tell and what the difference is.

Actually one of the best roses in Ukraine are grown in the Crimea, close to Bahchisaray and also Simferopol.
