GC Lottery

In looking at the form for applying for a lottery GC, can someone here fill this out on behalf of some one in  the FSU who has limited english and may have difficulty going through the process?

I've done it several times for my wife's friends in Ukraine (Russia is currently ineligible).  You need them to email you a scan of the required photo, then you'll need to tweak it with photo editing software to get it to the correct size.

Are you sure the applications are being taken right now?  Usually it's only in the fall.

Maybe I am at the wrong site. I looked here http://www.usagcls.com/P1.asp  Seems like a short application that moves forwad at some point. can you help?

No..that's one of many private entrepreneurs looking to charge a fee for the service.

You want:

the entry period usually runs a few months in the fall.  Last year it opened October 3rd.
