know the law when traveling to Russia

So what is the hand signal?  Not that I will be breaking any laws in Russia; just curious.

I was told that one of the hand gesters is rubbing the fingers together  on one hand like we see here in U.S. when discussing money.

You can practice at the airport men's room before you leave the US.. wave your hand under the occupied stall doors and tap your feet.  When the cops come, rub your fingers together....

But then you may not have the opportunity to practice in Russia as the chances of leaving the terminal become very slim.
