Poltava Accomodations?

I stayed in Kharkov previously (apartment), and I made a trip out to Poltava (but did not stay there).  This next trip is Poltava-focused.  I have very little time to put it together because I just accepted another job and want to use existing vacation now (or I won't be able to go until at least November). 

Anyone have recommendations for accomodations?  Hotel?  Apartment? 
Do you have a website link? 

I have looked at ukraineapartments.com but I do not know them and therefore am uncertain.
