Why Are You Looking For A Wife in FSU?
« on: June 10, 2008, 12:00:07 PM »
This is a question invariably asked by a RW either in the emails or on the phone and early on.

I know the reasons which have been debated here at length.

I need some help with a simple and short answer that I should tell them.

Thanks.

How about the truth, in your own words?

We all have similar or other reasons, which have been discussed here at length.

The point is a condensed answer, short and sweet; this is not the time or the place to go into dessertations.

Tell them the truth - you are looking for a pretty woman who will happily accept being a maid, cook, and sex slave, and who does not mind staying at home all day and watching squirrels play in the trees.  Admit that you can not find that combination in AW.

If not the truth, then tell them that  you are a family man, and RW have a reputation for being family oriented.  Of course, this is bullsheeet, because the real reason is that no good looking AW will give you the time of day.

No one here is going to write this for you. It has to come from your own head. If you have trouble formulating these thoughts, you need to carefully think about this.

Have you noticed?

Dear boy (said with an affection for the afflicted);

Have you noticed how often your inane, redundant questions have a tendency to annoy those long living here?   This is trollish behaviour (if not an actual troll).   Fellows, he need not be a poser or provocateur; incredibly dense will suffice and serve to embarrass all our good names (at a later date) as he actually becomes an ambassador of our collective nationhood.

Yes, it is true, people like this also make the trip. It is how stereotypes of offensive Americans (or Westerners generally) are propagated and survive.  Just like producing offspring, there is no license required.  I believe technically your question is a non-sequitar, to ask is to preclude your need for an answer.  And next, shall you ask us how to pleasure your wife (again, the not caught yet bear!) on the honeymoon?  Or, show you? Spare us, please... By the way, shall I provide a "dessertations" on the use of spell check (sorry, AJ; anyway you are exempt {married})?

For the Buckster:  While I have always enjoyed your realistic and urbane advice, could you tell us what you really think?  I think you are channelling some RW directness, since the recent nuptials!

BC: I can hardly believe it, a snappy comeback without one attempted backhanded bitch slap of the USA.  As to the specifics of the advice, imagine a waving finger (in your face) and George Bush (Sr.) saying "Wouldn't try that, not gonna happen..."  I hope you were joking, but given some of your previous comments in the Chris Floyd look alike contest, I can never tell (Google it, you WILL have a man crush on him).  Saying that to an RW is as advisable as installing the 3 meter springboard at the kiddie pool.

Some threads need to be hijacked as they are not going anywhere anyway.
Please, let no one else honor this question with a serious answer.  Now, for some humor!
My suggestion: This isn't New Jersey?

Gator, no good looking AW will give anyone here the time of the day, is that correct for everyone on this board per your opinion?

I am not sure if you are correct, but I would try to remember that. While you are free to have any opinions about yourself, you should not formulate opinions about everyone else here.

Gtex, I must have lost my sense of humor, you should ask Maxx how funny this pursuit is. I am sure there are other places on the net you will find which would tickle your funny bone, this is not the place.
Shakespeare wrote in Hamlet " discretion is the better part of valour"; the next time you see something that is not to your intellect, move on.

I also take issue on casting Americans or Westerners as " offensive "; in general we are not, some of us like you are.

Ambach,

Many RW have a keen sense of humor and they appreciate men who are the same.  Their humor is not typical American humor.  I suggest that you work on this.

Gtex,

I really enjoy how you drop in every couple of weeks and craft some very clever phrases.  I would enjoy it more if you did not disappear so soon after sharing your entertaining thoughts.

Keep doing this and we will eventually learn the identity of the man behind the Gtex mask.  You obviously know us from a long time ago.

This Chris Floyd reminds me of a David R. Hoffman except that Hoffman could keep his columnist job with a Moscow rag.

Certainly none intended.  More parkland vs total size than anyplace else... and so, The Garden State!
We shan't' be meeting at the Heights as Hamilton and Burr.  I personally have friends from East Orange AND Piscataway.

Re: Discretion is the better part of valour"  The better part of valour is discretion, in the which better part I have saved my life." As said by Falstaff in Henry IV Part One. Thank you Google...

I can but hope that your other statements are equally ill informed.  Your comment did not appeal to my intellect (as you correctly implied), but it did call to the proofreader in me.

Correcting the rest of your reply, is, well...  more trouble than it is worth.

I got your email and PM Greg.

I am plannig a trip to Kiev towards the end of September for ten days.

I am still looking for an apartment etc. I would rather stay in an upscale place if I can find one. Any help would be appreciated. The best I could find is probably offered by Delphania agency for well over $100 dollars per night, inexpensive for where I live.

I have communicated with about 15 women, the number probably will grow in the next months. I can say that this is merely a fact finding trip, after I come back, I will think it over, and go back again.

How do you go through with 15 - 20 women in 10 days? I would let you know.

Oooh we can't wait... :) It would be great if you could take a cameraman, and sound recordist and don't forget to get the ladies thoughts about you, too.

It's a great city and I want to know how you'll feel when you're taken to see the same sights for the umpteenth time by a lady who's name you may forget...

See you in O'Brien's... where you'll gladly seek the company of fellow men - rather than have a city tour, again..... ?

Good night, from Mr "Old Git" cynic....!!

Obriens is not a bad place to beer. Their Dublin breakfast isnt bad either but for $14 it better be.  I remember March 2 years ago. There was this girl named Victoria that had the best ass I've ever seen on a white woman. I'm almost positive that I wrote about her ass on this site after my return. When we returned the following year I learned she had went to work for some cruise line.

Golden Gate is also a decent place although it is a bit more expensive and a different crowd. They also have about 20 waitresses that look better than most I've seen on agency sites although I havent looked in years.

Gator, so true! Russians have a great sense of humor, and maybe especially the ladies. About the courtship activities themselves, I find my experience seems similar to what msmoby has described. I didn't take the shotgun approach, go on "fact finding missions" to meet 20 women, 2/day for 10 days, etc. But, I think one must take an approach that suits your own personal style and needs. Even the approach you take tells women a lot about your character, and it will attract, perhaps, women of similar character, and disuade (sp?) women who don't like a man who would take that approach. So, maybe it all just sorts itself out. Gator definitely has the best and funniest answer so far :)

I hope you plan on going back for a lot more visits.  I have a feeling you won't accomplish anything with that many women.  I love it when guys go to FSU for speed dating.  Do the women just line up and switch seats every 15 minutes.   :cluebat:

That must be exhausting - to interview and be interviewed by 20 wives-to-be in 10 days...   Same stories over and over, same questions...   It's not a vacation, it's like working in Human Resources....   :-\

Ooops I agree with you, speed dating is not my idea of vacation.

But I don't have another choice.

I am not very good at writing long letters, many girls are not into it, and want to meet ASAP and unwilling to continue writing.

By the way the meeting would be scheduled for one to two hours.

What I am doing is nothing new, I found it on this very board, from some suggestions from Jack Bragg, who according to him has dealt with 2,000 AM seeking this.
