There are many sites where you can find legitimate Russian women.
But perhaps first you should try to make clear what you want yourself.

1. You are internet-wise, can arrange your own trips and know the difference between a scam letter and a sincere one.
Try the dating websites with free profiles and free/low amount of communication.

2. You want to have someone who can help you along the way.
Try the reputable marriage agencies, they can be found here and on Certified Marriage Agencies
