I'm new to this but I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with or heard anything about an agency called Ukraine Wife Now?

Having read your intro, my suggestions are as follows:

-  Full service agencies in provinces:  Cindy Agency in Dnepropetrovsk and Kherson's Girls in Kherson.  I met a few women through Cindy and if you search the archives for posts I wrote about "Cindy", you will find a description of how they work.

- Listing agencies:  Join Bride.ru or LuckyLovers and study the profiles of UW.  Write the UW who seem possibly compatible with your lifestyle.  Explain that you are planning a trip.

If you don´t need any aditional services I would recomend bride.ru or the totally free freepersonals.ru, thats where I found my gilr I also thinks you will find a different kind of girls on these sites.
