Hello Everyone,

I have been watching this site a bit, and have enjoyed the insight that others have provided.  I was curious if anyone has dealt with the dream-marriage site.  There are a lot of sites, but I could not find any postings of this one on RWD.

Sorry about the first post.  Should have provided more info.  I am 37 years old, very successful in what I do, and have loved traveling around the world.  I enjoy what many parts of the world have to offer, though from the posting on here realize the FSU may be lacking in a few things, but compared to rural Saudi Arabia for instance, I probably wouldn't complain.


Yes the photos makes one stop in their tracks, but as the 10 rules states, Don't Fall in Love with Photos.  That is the same with any site however.  I have been looking at the Dream Marriage site, and there seemed to be many great photos, as many sites have.  After one weekend up with a fairly basis ad, I had 90 responses, which seemed high to me.

Guess I will keep lurking and see what I can find out.  Just gotta dive in.  I do plan on a trip in October and can stay as long as need be, so that should be interesting to say the least.

Check at which times in Russia the girls are online for chat or video and then think of why they would be sitting at an agency office at that time.

Just to clarify, are the majority of people who pop up to chat coming in from the agencies, or from their own personal computers?  That is an interesting point...

My feedback is not good. They sent someone over here to SPAM the site to promote their agency. That same 'person' claimed to be from the USA, but posted from a Pakistani IP address. That same 'person' failed to reply to my PM asking for clarification of several violations of the RWD ToS.

From my perspective, this sort of behavior does NOT indicate a likely positive experience for a prospective customer.

Depends on where/how the chat is managed: through an agency website (usually for a fee for men) or through a free, independent chat program like ICQ, MS Messenger, etc. (you should be able to tell that from the chat interface).

In the latter case, it may be either from a home/office PC or from an Internet Café PC .

Yes I am AMerican  36 year  divorce  and Profecional but at the same time i have comunication around  1 year with that two woman  she,s send em a lot pf picture not a studio picture real  on e with her kinds  in  diferent place and monet and all letter is  direct to my question and   all  conversation develope.

 Muy Observador  soy de Puerto Rico  y como sabemos  Puerto RIco goza de un status politico al peculiar  en el cual  el Ingles es el idioma Oficial  pero el Idioma Comun Es castellano. No recido en la Isla Hace mucho tiempo i si en el Estado de la Florida . En donde no queda otro remedio  de que todo sea en Ingles I pues Los que  tenemos conocimientos en ambos Idiomas  Nos brinda una ventaja  Profecional nn el Estado.

A year is a very long time of contact for a marriage minded woman.

Yes rigth now I start to setup my posible travel to Ukraine . I not did before because  I haved a lot of work in job  but in the next november i planning o do. for that is ilike ore info about dream marriege and  that two agency in Ukraine to try to sure  about  that  . Of coure is all is true and correct  that two person i have communication around one year is verre special persons.

I am going to plow through a few emails later, but was curious as to what would immediately set off alarms.  I have noticed some of the people don't spell their names the same as listed on the ad.  What are some things to look for that would help identify people simply hashing out letters? 

I tried to use the translation service from google for the singles.ru service but it just loads a blank page, so I am stuck with some normal services for the moment.

Remember that you pay by letter. Ask a lot of questions and if the replies are only partial it might be to let you write more.

Have a look at the Scam Card in the "Scam Avoidance" menu at left .

What are some things to look for that would help identify people simply hashing out letters?

Feed Google some significant passages from those letters, and you may be pointed to some anti-scam sites where someone already reported them as scammers.
