For Married / Divorced - Who Contacted First and How

For men who are married / divorced a Russian / Ukraine woman wanted to know did your wife contact you first or did you contact her first?  Also wanted to break face to face meeting from letter / phone call.  Married / divorced women please vote as well. 

There has been a lot of talk about dishonest agencies.  But I think most of the complaints are letters. Wanted to see how many women contacted first. 

I have never done a poll before so hopefully I do not screw it up. 

For men / women engaged please do not vote - does not count until married / divorced.

Kievstar - I don't know Doll's objection(s) but I voted - she wrote to me first... but it wasn't that simple..

I looked at her profile MANY times - and she KNEW I was looking, and I KNEW she KNEW ( http://www.luckylovers.net/testimonials.html )

I didn't write because her profile said basic English- and I sought a lady with whom I could marry and communicate readily - I know the pitfalls of trying to have a relationship with a FSUW with whom you don't share a common language- and how hard some things can be to understand ( easy to unwittingly offend ) if having to use translators !!..

I don't think the poll is invalid but I do think you are going to find that there have been about the same number of success stories regardless of whether it was the man or woman who made first contact, and whether they chose letter, chat, phone, or face to face conversation. There won't be any "silver bullet".

The last poll option is a bit perplexing though. If neither initiated anything, how did they get together ???

He was lost, trying to read the Cyrillic street signs and not paying close attention to where he stepped.  She was late for work, rushing down the street.  He steps into one of the many sidewalk potholes and stumbles into her.  She drops her work papers.  He says "sorry" and picks up her papers.  Their eyes meet.....destiny.....a concept ingrained in the RW soul.

I assume you wish to find out if there is a correlation between who contacts who first and the possibility of divorce.

If this is what you wish to learn your poll is invalid.

You need to ask for each category in your list the % Divorced / % Total Married.

With out knowing the total marriages the number of divorces only shows the way most people have first  contact.
