The USCIS recommended sending the paperwork by USPS as Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

It was supposedly mailed from the Post Office at 3:15 pm on October 4th. I can find no tracking status on the webpage.

Is delivery confirmation completed once the package has been delivered to the Chicago Lockbox, and not prior to delivery?

Never mind, I received confirmation today. My stuff was delivered to the Chicago lockbox.
