Evpatoria explosion

At 10pm local time in Evpatoria, Ukraine an explosed leveled parts of a 5 story apartment building, so far killing 27 including 3 children and the death toll is expected to arrive.

Rescuers can hear voices beneath the rubble crying for help. Investigators have found several empty gas cannisters from a basement area which may have been part of the blast's cause.
