If you can be more specific about your travel needs, there are likely to be members who can help you out.

As for the agency you mentioned, allbeautiful - you might start with the Agency Card, found here -- http://www.russianwomendiscussion.com/index.php?pid=6.

Also, visit the CertifiedMarriageAgencies.org site and review the Agency Code of Ethics (here -- http://www.certifiedmarriageagencies.org/index.php?pid=19).

Then send an email to the owner of that agency and ask them if they subscribe to the ethical behaviors defined in the ACoE.

These are all tools to help you make an informed decision.

I cannot help you much regarding a travel agency in Kiev, as I booked most things myself and used the services of Pavel for everything else.

However, I can give my highest recommendation toward AllBeautiful.net. Helen's agency is 100% professional and honest.

I used All Beautiful for my first trip to Ukraine back in 2006; Helen runs an honest business and has many sincere and lovely ladies in her agency.
Tatyana, the translator, was wonderful and always available for advice and suggestions. By the time my trip was over I considered her a friend.

The support and help that I received was fantastic; I could have, and should have, made a match on that first trip, but I was a bit of an idiot and made several newbie mistakes.

I have worked with many agencies in Ukraine for trips and correspondence; my experience with Helen, Tatyana, and everyone at the All Beautiful agency was easily the best.

In my opinion, it is getting more and more difficult to find reputable and professional agencies in Ukraine. Agency All Beautiful is one of the best and one of the last.
