The longest step is over.  I received our NOA2 in the mail today!  I very nearly fell down.

I've drawn on the expertise of you folks here, and now want to express my gratitude.  I've found a lot of answers to common and not so common questions here and I'm glad.

Now to the I-134.

Congratulations again! Your timeline is presenting some concern for me. My NOA1 was 09-29-08. I have not heard a peep from VSC and the online case status has not changed since. The list of working K-1's in listed as May 2008. Any ideas?

I'm not an expert.  I'd ask the people here.  I'd call the VSC.  Their phone system is not easy to use, but you can eventually reach a human.  I wish you the best of luck and I'm sorry you are delayed.

Hey, it's where the chips fall. At least yours is approved and moving forward. I have tried calling and can't reach a human. It is literally voice mail H3ll. I can't get any more information than I got after the NOA1. It is starting to worry me.

Hey, it's where the chips fall. At least yours is approved and moving forward. I have tried calling and can't reach a human. It is literally voice mail H3ll. I can't get any more information than I got after the NOA1. It is starting to worry me.

If you choose the option that is something like "Report a problem..." you will get to a human.  I have called twice because I was never able to see my case on the web site.  It took me 45 minutes to find that option.  The first time I called I got a nasty woman who told me "The site has bugs.  Call back in a month."  The second time I called I got a nice lady who told me she would "send an email."  I never did see my case on the web site, but she tell me that "Everything is OK with my petition."  That's the sum total of my experience.
