And what about local marriage... WM and WW... i am sure that each year some men or women die from DV in USA...

These regulation is nothing if it is only apply in USA... American business ( the more easy to control ) will close and the international one ( or local ) will continue like before.

Maybe a control for the K-1 was more easy... ambassy ask a criminal record from women... it is certainly not a problem for the ambassy to control the criminal record of the man who sponsor a woman for the K1...

Really, the control of criminal record is not a problem from MOB business... here in Belgium, so law cannot work since the "private life" status of criminal record... only official who work for state can consult it, not a business...
