Vehicles in Russia
« on: April 02, 2009, 11:15:52 AM »
I have a question?????

My trips to Moscow, St Pete and a village on the outskirts I noticed a lack of pick-up trucks, in fact I think I only saw one which was in St pete. A Ford 150 with a camper shell...... Most cars were either high end or just barely able to move types.

I have my opinions why, but does anyone know the real reason.

I figured with the larger size it is not fesible on the city streets? Or they dont have a need or market for one?

Just standing around and looking I could see many uses for one.

The cargo. ;)
Anything worth to be transported is worth to be 'misplaced'.
