Thursday's the day! 2 days until I am on the plane, headed to Kiev!  I want to thank everyone who posts here, because I would be completely unprepared if I had not found and read through these forums.  Hopefully I've absorbed enough info here to keep myself from making terrible mistakes.  Small mistakes I can live with.

So, once again, thanks for the advice and answers! It is highly appreciated!

Remember to pack at least one complete change of clothes and anything vital on your carryon, in case your checked luggage doesn't arrive when you do.

I am home! Had an amazing time and reinforced my belief that I have been talking with an amazing woman.  I owe thanks to so many people on this board, I don't know just how much trouble I avoided by reading through these posts.

Leaving her at the airport was one of the hardest things I have ever done and I am already planning my next visit. :)

When I left my Marina in the Athens Airport (Greece) to fly home to the GoodOl' USA, I didn't want to leave her either.

I knew she was the one.
