email2femail.com has no traffic to the site. It is ranked over 18 million on Alexa and Data is recent. It is not an old site.
Looking at database of ladies which also all apear to be well above average in looks, I would say their database of ladies is either, fake, stolen, or bought. But these ladies did not register for the site themselves. This website has no traffic that shows these ladies personally placed their profiles there.
With an 18 million traffic rank this does not even average 1 visitor a day. Only person visiting the site is the owner.

So in other words. More then likely a fake scam site with stolen profiles.
