Hello everyone, I was recently contact by a beautiful female Russian asking for me to tell her a little bit about myself, her unfiltered letter to me is as follows:

Hello, how are you? My name is Yuliya.
I very much would like to learn more about you.
I hope, that you not against it.
I saw yours profile on a site "qetchup.com". I am a lonly woman. I am 24 years old. I live in Russia.
How you see on it?

I shall wait your answer on my E-mail (I left the e-mail out)

She aslo included a single picture of herself. I would like to know what you think, Scam or Real?

Any letter that comes out of the blue and asks you to visit a dating site is nothing but a way to catch clients.

  I have yet to meet a beautiful 24 year old Russian woman that is lonely. Like here, they have no problem getting attention. If you look like Brad Pitt it might be real, if you dont its a scam.

Sadly, it sounds like a scam to me...  BUT, there is good news.

1. You've found RWD, and;
2. You're now aware that RW are very beautiful and it is possible to meet and marry a wonderful woman if that is your goal;

Scammer. Google her email address and IP to see if 'she' shows up on and anti-scam sites. This still doesn't clear/condemn her but it's a start.
DUMP her, read up on some of the success stories here and then proceed. You could very well find something amazing

Let me guess...she approached you on a 'dating site' and her profile is almost non-existant. Check it is a few days and most likely it'll be gone or inaccessible. Scammers like to use the "trial periods" on paid sites to spam a lot of members then they're either turned in and deactivated or they never ante up and pay the user fees. Usually the second happens as it takes a few days for the 'scam' to come out. Either way I'd bet her profile isn't active in a few days from now.

Thank you everyone for your input. I had sent a reply to her message before I started getting responses from you guys. Here's what I said...

Hello Yuliya, I am good. My name is Wade.
I am a 32 year old 6 foot tall Caucasian (white) male and I weigh 350 pounds.
I have not used my qetchup account in a long time.
You are very beautiful. How can you be lonely? Someone as attractive as you should have guys knocking at your door all day long.
I anxiously wait to hear from you again.

I was very blunt in this message but my response is truthful. To my surprise she sent me a reply, it sounds genuine and included three more pictures. Here is what Yuliya said,

 I am glad very much, you have answered my message. I waited and hoped to see your letter.

Has chosen 3 photos. Also I hope that they will like you. I shall be glad to see more than your photos.

Did not think that so it will be difficult to write this letter. About myself it is possible to write much and for a long time. But it would be desirable that you have learned the most important.

To me 24 years. My birthday will be on July, 17. I live in city Zelenodolsk, Russia.
This year I finish institute after 5 years of study. I study as the manager. And 2 years I work in the cosmetic company by the trade. It is difficult to combine work and study. But I try and always all I have time.

What do I want to find in our dialogue? I do not know that can turn out from our acquaintance. But I shall be glad if we can be friends. I would like to learn you better and to tell more about myself. I am interested with your private world. The person cannot be loved only for appeal and his appearance.

Hey facetrock, to answer your question. No, but I have read online that Russian women are very family oriented and that the men are valued more. Further reading explains that the men in Russia tend to have a power hungry attitude and most of them do not treat the women with respect. The women are not encouraged to work and are raised thinking that being a stay at home mom is all they would ever need to achieve. But with the advent of the internet Russian women are finding a newer world out there and are trying to break away from the old customs. They now have access to men around the world and no longer have to deal with the same old men in Russia. But because they still have that family oriented frame of mind they tend to be more interested in a man that can raise a family verses a pretty boy. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of good looking guys can make great Dads but the majority of them use their looks to get some quick action and move on. That is not what most Russian women are looking for they want a man that is going to stick around so for them looks are not that important, they are more interested in what the man is like on the inside.

But with this come the con artists and scammers pretending to be Russian women. I realize that the odds are that this is a scam but I will not be fooled into giving her money.

Of course I am a noob in this subject and am probably being vain in thinking that such a beautiful woman would want anything to do with me. But it is nice to think, even if for a moment, that a beautiful Russian woman is interested in me. Believe me, I am praying that this is legit but I will not be heartbroken if it is not. 8]

   I think you have been reading to many agency websites. You are buying into all the hype about Russian women. Read here. You will learn more here than you will learn anywhere on the net.
  Beautiful Russian woman do care about looks, all beautiful women do. The women do work and I dont know of one that is a stay at home mom. My experience after six trips there.
   Saying that they are not interested in a career is agency crap. All Russian men are not wife beating alcoholics. The majority are very good men. More agency BS.

  Remember when you read the agency BS, they are trying to get you to buy a product and if they had to tell the truth about RWs, the product would not sell like it does now. Keep reading and educate yourself. You got a good start, stay at it and you will be fine.

Next some trip reports, you will see success storys and some real train wrecks. The important thing is you found this place. With some work and a lot of reading you can find a good lady for you there. But when I say reading, I mean hours and hours. Every question anyone has ever had concerning RWs has probably been asked more than once here. If you cant find an answer to a question dont hesitate to ask. Keep working at it and good luck.

I was born on May 5, 1977 in Oceanside, California, U.S.A. But I work in Los Angeles near Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) as a Supervisor at a parking lot. I have been working in L.A. for about 7 years now. I tired going to college to get a Bachelor's Degree but problems came up and I was not able to finish.
 
That is good that you are almost done with your Management study at the institute. Yes, I know how hard it is to work and go to school at the same time. But in the end it is worth it. Do you plan to manage a cosmetics store when you graduate?

Again, all of my answers are truthfull and not fake. She sent a reply to this message followed with two pictures of her with what I think is her family. Very convincing she has her arm around a father figure who is standing next to a mother figure. In the second photo it is the same father and mother figure but with two younger girls. One looks like Yuliya, possibly her when she was younger, and the other girl has traits similar to the mother figure. She also sent one more picture that was less professional than the first few I received, felt more like a recent photo taken on the fly. Here is what Yuliya had to say,

If you want proof.. make your next letter all very specific questions that require detailed answers.  And ask for her phone number. 

She says she didn't write in a long time.. how much time was it from your letter to the reply?

It's a scam...  but if you're interested in a serious relationship with a RW then dive into the archives.

Members here often start out like you - contacted by a scammer and join to learn from dozens of men who are happily married.

Be warned though.. this is high cost, risky and time consuming.  If you are serious about a marriage/family with a RW you'd better be a cut above the average you you see at the shops.  RW are not desperate, at least the ones you should want to meet are not desperate.

DOn't believe the agency hype - that's all about fleecing you of your hard earned cash...  Keep in mnd you should trust NO BODY until you verify what you're being told with personal experience.

If you stick around and read enough to form an opinion, don't be afraid to decide against travel and love in FSU... it's not something everyone should (or must) do.

If you remain interested, plan a trip in the near future... you must do all the travel if you're going to court a beautiful RW/UW.

It will only cost you about a dollar if you use a "calling card".

My wife uses "Nobel" calling cards to call her Mom in Siberia (daily), other member's use other companies calling cards.

when Wade wakes up we can help him do an IP search and see if that turns anything up... he has already searched her email addy and nothing came up but that as we all know means nothing since "smart" scammers change their emails all the time.. IP is likely to have more interesting results..

All Fat Yuri has to do to get family photos is to go to vkontakte.ru and download them... you are not writing to the woman in the pictures, she probably not even aware of her pictures being stolen and used.

I see why scammers have success, as her letter touches some of the 'usual' subjects.
Make it harder and you will either get a reply that does not fit your letter, or she will 'disappear'.
