Hey guys so far I have used Elena's (where I still have an active account as a Gold member), Cuteonly - that's where I met the "former #1" (not bad but a low response rate) and just now I have been trying out freepersonals.ru

Can you point me to some other semi-legit sites that are of this mold (ie not pay per letter) - pay the fee (whatever it is) and get the direct contact details of the ladies and fire away.

Is Fiance.com any good? I discovered they have a pretty active forum as well (although all jumbled together and not categorized like here).

Sorry about that. There are only a VERY few sites that are unapproved for posting here - and when you see that, there is a good reason for it.

There are a few agencies who agreed to subscribe to the Agency Code of Ethics and are registered at the Certified Marriage Agency site - found here -- www.CertifiedMarriageAgencies.org.

While there, you might want to take a copy of the Agency Code of Ethics, and ask any prospective agency if they subscribe to those tenets. If not, you want to give very serious consideration to spending your $$ with them.

You could go to some the more Russian language biased sites. There are a ton of them. Do a quick search and you can find them. A good one to start with is www.flirt.com.ua or www.dating.ru but keep your eyes wide open going in.

Don't forget about the possibility of running an ad in a prospective city. Just make sure you spell out exactly what you what from the person helping you place the ad. I'd suggest a good SOW.
