Sending flowers in the Ukraine

So I am a hopeless romantic.  Against all advice I am trying the WOVO technique for my first rodeo to the FSU.  I would like to send her flowers. Is anyone aware of an English friendly flower delivery service website in the Ukraine that they would recommend?  My special lady friend lives in Nikolaev.  Thanks in advance!

Hope that works for you. I never sent flowers and only gave them to her twice in three years (don't want to establish a dangerous precedent). Espressos worked out better for me.
