Greetings! I'm just beginning this process and wanted to say hello. I'm 46, divorced, and live in Massachusetts. I've been corresponding with several RW for about a month now.

Be sure to read as much as possible in here before spending too much on writing.  There are many ways to be scammed out there and RWD is possibly your best source of avoiding those scams.

Ask questions as they come up too - I'm sure many will be happy to help where they can.

While scamming is always a possibility, IMO it is more likely that you will waste your time (i. e., not find the best woman for you).


How did you first contact the RW?  When do you plan to take a trip? 

Pardon my presumption, what is your marital status (most men that come here are in some phase of divorce recovery)?

I am divorced -- three years ago.
