Traveling to Odessa and Saint Petersburg

Hello everyone,
    I have decided to go to Odessa and Saint Petersburg in early September for 2 1/2 weeks to meet some RW that I have been emailing and plan to call in the near future with and without a translator as needed. My questions are I saw the link here on the Go-Russia travel site and thought of using them to aid me in arranging my trip and wanted your opinion about them. Also I know some members have said to get rid of the agency in this case Natasha Club (1st International) but if the ladies I meet are not compatible it seems to me that I will need someone assistance in locating other ladies to meet? Anyway I look forward to your comments and suggestions on my pending 1st trip which probably will be the beginning of a few more in the future.

Do your Elena's Models fee and you should be able to contact some women as a fallback to your plans in both cities.

As for travel arrangments, you'll find apartments with Google and there will be taxi drivers all over the place. Simply ask one of the ladies you're meeting to call a taxi to meet you at the airport. If they set you up on a ripoff fare you know pretty quick that they are not playing you straight.

Can't comment on the site you mention for visas... but I will say I use visatorussia.com for my receipt group visa invitation and the service was FANTASTIC.

We'd had problems (again) with the Ukrainian embassy which pushed everything late and that put pressure on all other arrangements.  These guys and I were swapping emails like chat to get the visa invitation done at one point.

As for making other arrangements...  be careful using agencies to make these arrangements for you.  If you've not traveled before and/or need a lot of support you could consider it - but realistically you should be able to plan most of these things yourself, and with the help of RWD members.

There's a growing trend where the scam now focses on the guide/helper/agency and the girls are the least of your worries.

To be clear, there is no visa for Ukraine, only for Russia. Ukraine lets you in for up to 90 days at the port of entry without anything more than your simple little declaration form which you fill out and hand them with your passport.

LJ.. you really need to get those girls on the phone before making travel plans.  Natashaclub is no better than HRB and use many of the same affiliate agencies.

If you are a normal human if things do not go well with the womans you go to meet during 2.5 week you will meet other people and some will be womans.

The only way to meet a RW or UW is to do it here and over a long period if you want to win.

If all goes wrong you will find and RW/UW you can speak to with out having to pay money to a agency.  Go to restaurant or bar and you will meet womans.

I am not the only womans who can speak English (bad) in Moscow and I not with agency and never will be with agency.  If you worried you cannot speak to womans here go to the websites and forums for foreigner in Russia.  They will tell you which bar and restaurant will have RW who speak English going to them.

Agency is expensive waste of time.  Do some investigations into the place you go as you will not be the only AM in any city.  Russia and Ukraine will have forums based in both county for foreign people who will give much good advice than a agency.

Something to think about.

Maybe I'm just assuming you are more serious than others, but while it is true you can go meet women (even good ones) in bars, restaurants or even on the metro, is this what you really want? If you spend some time on the dating sites, building up a few possibilities for relationships, you have the potential for salvaging a bad situation should the dates you already setup fall apart on you. Don't let some peoples' anti-agency biases affect your ability to arrange a quality trip where you aree busy meeting gals and considering potentials for whether an FSUW might be in your future.

Another thought is that suppose you do use the plan to just find a gal on your own in the event of failure. Let's even suppose that she might just have the potential to be "the one." How will it affect your 2 and a half week trip when you leave in three days for SP or to go home?

I suggest you look into EM or experiment with how you might use one of the free sites and start a few introductory relationships for reserves. Being prepared is most always a good thing.
