Kiev US Embassy Interview - Recent Experience

Is there anyone out there that has gone through the K1 visa interview process at the US Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine recently?

I am looking for some information on the following:

Is it possible to get the medical done one day and have the results available the same day so that you can take them to the interview on the following day (she has a long trip to Kiev and so wants to get it all done in the same trip even if it means staying overnight)?
What is form OF-167?  The instruction packet that the embassy sent my fiancé mentions this form but they did not send the form.  All I can gather on the internet is that it is some type of financial responsibility statement.  I have already filled out I-134 for her and attached my W2, my last 12 months bank statements, my last tax return etc.

Do English translations of Ukrainian certificates (birth, marriage, divorce, etc.) all need to be notarized?

She wants to let her son finish school in the Ukraine and come to America later.  Any advice and or experience on this?

And last of all, any general advice or mistakes to avoid from your personal experiences with the interview process.

My information on your first couple of questions is from 4 months ago so best you get input from someone more recent.  But two girls I know did it on one trip to Kiev but over 3 days and not 2 days. 

Regarding the interview if she knows everything about you and dresses normal (not looking like a hooker) and has pictures of the two of you everything will be good.  You may want to hire an attorney as you have a lot of questions now and more will arise in the future once she arrives in the USA.

My info is close to a year old, but at that time you did the medical in the morning and received the results about 2:00.
