there should be a comma no matter what she's trying to say, but she omitted word "you", which in that case is incorrect, moreover apparently she doesnt know how to spell, because even in transliteration its still "izvini" and "po-russki" (with a dash), so we have 7 words and 3 errors, not counting the comma, must be a really bright lady
