MOB is dead and buried in Czech and has been for over 5 years. 

I searched in Prague in the mid 1990's  It is a wonderful city.  There is very little social or economic "push" for MOB.  Czech is part of the EU.  Prague is wealthy.  Of course Visas are easier to get for Czech women.  There is not a huge pool of women who need to emigrate by marriage. 

If a Czech woman wants to live in an English speaking country (UK) all she needs is gumption and some money to pay for a ticket.  Work registration for an EU citizen in UK is straightforward and an NI number (social security No in USA) will be granted almost immediately.
