Boethius and Possum, I can't watch the show without thinking of you guys!

Aww, that's so sweet.. :D

Oh my, the traditional "Russian" prayer and traditional "Russian" custom of stones on the grave was highly amusing!

What about the Russian tradition of touching a mezuzah before entering a home?  ;)

I did feel sorry for Eva, with her grandson not being permitted to go, it really hurt. That was ridiculous, like this whole staged show but she seemed really hurt.

Eva's been put down and broadsided all throughout the show, and for no good reason, I might add.. She didn't deserve to be treated like a red-headed stepchild every step of the way. She just can't win with Marina no matter what she does. :wallbash:
Why get a ball and chain when you can get the milk for free?

Yes, thanks, siberia!

I don't get why they deny their obvious Jewishness.  Judaism has given a lot to the world, it is something to be proud of.
After the fall of communism, the biggest mistake Boris Yeltsin's regime made was not to disband the KGB altogether. Instead it changed its name to the FSB and, to many observers, morphed into a gangster organisation, eventually headed by master criminal Vladimir Putin. - Gerard Batten
