Can you point out some here who have had "all the luck" in the all emcompassing meaning of the word "all."

I think you are taking thinks too personally. I thought everyone had heard of that saying.
I am not referring to anyone here, what I mean is that if someone seems to have been lucky, that it could be there is a little more to it than that. 8)
