Man, I hear ya, you don't have to scream in big red letters :D It's your point of view, though I'm pretty sure there are people who would disagree with you (and I mean skinny girls and guys) :P

if you do not like the rules then either of you can leave, the process is called divorce
I don't see a family as a book of Rules and Regulations. I see it a a communication field. Say, my husband is a great cook and a very clever man, but there's one thing he is bad at: putting away his clothes (just an example, doesn't mean it's true :D) and this thing just drives me nuts. Should I divorce him? I mean, I like everything in him and about him, but this one thing. What should I do? Probably just get ovet it, don't you think? Same with gained weight. If there's a lady who totally matches you and you have great time, and she is clever and has great inner beauty, but she weighs more. Would you divorce her (well, I know you probably will :D)

Appearance is a major factor. Men are very visual, and besides, ever notice how men like to kiss women all over? So don't be suprised if they like a woman who is nice all over.

We aren't talking about a woman who gets a little soft, we are talking about the AW who decide that the only thing they will put in their mouth after marriage is food. And THAT they swallow, in huge quantities. It is so common we joke about it, but many women are serious "Why should I have to watch my weight now, I'm married. If he doesn't like it, he can divorce me and I'll get the house, the car and the kids. Let's see who he ends up with when he's broke" It is a combination of the weight and the utter breach of "contract". If a man marries a slender woman, she should not assume that he likes fat girls.

Dr. Laura often gets calls from women who think their husband should apologize because their sex life goes downhill. The wife asks why, and the husband says "I am not attracted to you anymore". The wife is "offended". Then Dr. Laura asks about her hight and weight. This one woman was 5"2', 180lbs. She was 100 pounds when they met. Dr. Laura pointed out that if he was attracted to obese girls, he would have married one. Logical?

Queen Latifa is way too fat for most white boys.

I'll take Anna Kornicova, thank you. Or even Nicole Kidman circa 1998, Meg Ryan circa 1995, or how about that babe from "splash", or the one from "species". And who could say no the the lovely penthouse model who popped out of the cake in "under seige". Holy moses.

Notice I didn't pick any fat girls? Guys, pick the fattest female celebrity that you would gladly do. Lets see what the range is of what we like. That may give Dostogirl something to think about, and maybe some pause!

BTW, Renee Zelwiger in that horrible movie was looking gross.

What I think about is that you are at a very unusual for an AM forum where most men would prefer women not only skinny, but also much younger. That tells me something (no offense) ;)

?

I do like younger and skinny. But in time, I can accept natural padding to some extent. But just not when a woman scams her way into a marriage with a nice ass, then starts porking out after she gets the "contract".

Uh, could we get back to the topic of food and nutrition?  What I really look forward to doing with my significant other, is something I do to all my European freinds. It's called the Iced Tea test.  That classic American summer time beverage, tends to make my European friends gag.  My East Ender freind in London thinks it's absolutely disgusting.  If everything comes as planned, I will have here for the better part of Spring.  On a nice hot day, I'm going to hand her a nice tall glass of domestic 'unsweet' with a twist of lemon.  Can she handle it?  I'll know in a couple months.

Damn all this talk about healthy food and exercise made me feel so guilty, that I just through out my pack of cigarettes, put down my 1lb macho burrito, (I was going to dump the coke but it was a diet coke) and went for a 5 mile walk!!!!!!
Your Mom is so dumb that she tried to minimize a 12 variable function to a minimal sum of products expression using a karnaugh map instead of the Quine-McCluskey Algorithm.

Lately I've been drinking so much bottled spring water, and eating so many fresh salads.  Anyday now, I think I'm going to piss a river and crap and vegetable garden.  Trader Joe's food market will see to that.

Yesterday I was in Trader Joe's and got some excellent greek style Spinach Pies.  I haven't eaten those since I was in Tarpin Springs Florida.  They also got an awsome coffee selection.  I saw a can of Duran coffee from Panama.  My future mother in law loves it.  It was my first warming up gift to the family.

Too lazy to read this whole thread...my experience is that the food is actually not healthy at all....mostly fried...carb overloaded ...vinager soaked , mayo coated ....wheres the healthy???

The babushkas are all fat because they live on potatos...maybe thats all they can afford.... but healthy Russian food is a contradiction is terms..

Another RW myth....these diets are actually very poor....another reason the men dont live all that long....

Men don't live long ( 54 year ) but women life long ( 73 year old )... Since they eat the same thing, the food is not the reason...

Some possible reason are : war, security in factory, tabacco, alcohol, etc...

I think looking at all those beautiful women all the time and only choosing one, would put me in an early grave too!

Well, I've been given lectures on eating right and nutrition from both West and East European women.  It's kind of funny watching them lecture you about healthy living while puffing a ciggarette.  It's like it's perfectly okay to chug down beer like theres no tommorrow, yet they'll freak if I pick up an high calorie sugary chocolate bar. If it's a Godiva, I'll freak.  It's like $3 a bar, but worth every cent.  Chocolate is good!
