Something I would like to say. As we seem to be off on another adventure here 
There seems to be an awful lot of overreacting going on for the last little while and add to it a little of throwing gas on the fire phenomenon.
In a public venue such as this, we are bound to get people from all walks of life and with all possible opinions. It is easy to begin to take things a little too personal and lash out at others, especially from the comfort of being at home on the keyboard. A while ago there was a thread asking about what brings you to the forum. I didn't post on that thread, but I had been thinking about it myself for some time and I can't quite put my finger on it. I think there are actually a great many of reasons. One of the reasons for me, is that there isn't many ways in which one can be exposed to so many different angles/opinions, while sharpening ones own social skills with such a diverse group of people, as we find in this environment.
I really enjoy the to the point and analytical seriousness way in which BF posts. It can be a little more difficult to pick up on the humor, but it doesn't mean it isn't there.
I also enjoy the southern gentleman style from you GregfromGa and the casualness of your humor.
I'll shut up now.

We spend X amount of time arguing how to help our lady assimilate and that we haven't shot a trophey head then turn around and suggest let's have a get-together based soley on the fact we are married to RW's. Actually IMO it is a little more than that, it is sure common about FSU wives, but we have also had the opportunity to get to know people here, in a virtual way, but not unlike the way that some of us met our wives in the first place. Some, because of their long term participation in my imagination have gotten to know others even better.

IMO Mat I didn't take that as a shot at us in general, it was an observation & opinion based what is written on the board.  Could you please elaborate on which part of the freak show you are referring to?

My 6 yr old regularly sits with me at 'work'.. has his own computer and can almost type as fast as I do..

I watch in amazement how he knows how to use google to find what he wants..
