Have 5 or 6 fig trees in our back yard.  They grow like crazy here. Three kinds, large green, smaller white and small purple.

Early mornings we go out and have them for breakfast.

Purple figs have a thinner skin that may be eaten, that of green and white figs is usually thicker and nothing to rave about, in my personal experience .

We just sort of break them in half with fingers, and squeeze/suck the good stuff out of the halves.

Am out on the porch and you're right, ate four purple with skin and still quite tasty, like honey.  Didn't even wash them since no pesticides seem to be needed for them at all.

Folks here dry the white ones and put an almond inside.

The big white ones they call Columbi or something like that.

MIL is here and making some jelly/jam out of them.

I can't see buying them in a store since the best are quite soft to the touch while still on the tree.

The best dried figs we have in our local supermarkets usually are from Turkey:

Their exterior is still rather soft, whereas our dried figs tend to be harder.

so its officially two weeks after the end of my trip.. I consider this to be the time when the cream rises to the top.. the thrill of the moment is over.. everyone is back to their normal routines.. etc..

So.. girl #1 said today.. "I think about you every day all the time and remember every day we are together.. I wish we are together now"

Art store girls sent 6 sms messages already today but she just went to bed...

Bhuddist Nudist hasn't responded since she got on the train back to Siberia.. there may be phone issues in Irkutsk.. I will try and call her soon.

Miss Sacto displayed emotional instability and got dropped faster than a hot potato. 

I don't know what my next move is.. each girl has pro and con.. based purely on the "follow the heart" sentiment.. girls #1 is still #1.. but.. the connection with Miss Kiev was really comfortable and easy.. not that #1 wasn't.. ugh its hard to explain.. ok.. here is the thing.. Miss Kiev and I have almost too much in common.. I am lazy..she is lazy.. two lazy people in a couple.. I don't know.. we might end up sitting in hammocks sipping beers or in a freaking trailer with crackheads for neighbors... #1 is much more motivated and inspiring.. a muse if you will.. she is very interested in my various businesses and if I train her into them she will be off and running.. I could sit back and manage people and projects and let her be a kitchen design superstar... Miss Kiev just wants to drink beer and talk about dead poets..

Art store girl needs to show me some emotional and intellectual depth.  So far all I see from her is beauty and her liking my attention.. I don't see a very evolved person though.  She refuses to use a computer so communication is going to be limited to sms and occasional phone calls.  She says she is too active to sit in front of a computer.  OK, doing what?  "Things"  She seems like like creating the spagetti brain too much.

Bhuddist nudist is still a potential spoiler.. but I just have to wait and see what kind of correspondence evolves.

So far none of the visit me in SF ladies have shown up.. I have gotten a few "I am sorry I didn't call" messages..they are in the States.. moving around.. but.. hahaha.. to be on the other end of WMVM.. well.. at least I didn't leave anyone waiting..

It gets added to the TR because I met the Russian Israeli today.. but thats not why the day was so awesome..

I picked up a MAJOR new client today.. I can't say the name.. but I can say it is a jewelry store that is the highest end of the high end.. I will be doing cabinet replacement, modifications and repair..

it's overnight work.. under extremely difficult conditions.. no dust or dirt allowed and there will be armed security watching every move... and the quality expectations are as high as they get... and projects must be completed in a very short amount of time.. Monday.. SF.. then they fly me to Beverly Hills.. and then the day after Costa Mesa and then Friday in Dallas.. all freelance... and will repeat every month I hope..

however.. the doctors and lawyers on the board would be envious of the hourly rate I am charging and I think I may have lowballed...

So.. after that meeting.. I went out and met girls.. lol.. see above.. downtown SF can be a pretty awesome place on a nice day like today... and I was feeling pretty cocky...
