RE: Is DM a scam?
Hello ,
Thank you for contacting Dream Marriage Customer Service and addressing your concerns with us. We can assure you that our company is legitimate and our operation is real, meaning that our female members have real intentions of finding someone and using an online dating agency is a great way to meet potential matches.
Concerning the lies posted on Jim`s sites (agencyscams.com and jimslists.com), we have attempted to contact him for months (at first with no response from him) requesting that we are removed from his site. When he finally did respond (literally after months of contacting him on a regular basis), despite the fact that we were nothing more than professional and polite, he was uncooperative, rude, and insulting.
The barrage of attacks and libel posted on his site against us are opinionated, unproven lies. He has pinpointed us because we are one of the few sites who have decided not to lay down and submit to his abuse. We are no more scammers than the agencies he recommends to his readers. Rather, he is out to destroy our reputation for ulterior reasons. He doesn`t prove his statements, he states his theory and opinions. Neither did he give us a chance to defend our reputation. There are many statements on Jim`s scam sites that we could individually pick apart and prove to be nothing more than lies, which when given the time to do so, we may very well do that. In the meanwhile, please feel free to ask whatever question you may have concerning what is published on his site.
Additionally, he is paid commissions for recommending clients to agencies on his Gold list. And although the agencies on his Gold list receive complaints (this can be looked up on your search Engine - Google or Yahoo or MSN) he doesn`t post one of their client complaints on his site. This is why his site is biased. He only tells the public what he wants them to see and the influencing factor is whether or not there is money in it for him. He has a different agenda than what he manipulates the public to think, and that is to make money with agencies willing to pay him.
Concerning the ex-clients who posted the statements on Jim`s List... Unfortunately, I don`t know who they are but I do know that for the most part, they didn`t bother to write us before they jumped to conclusions. Had they have written to us, we would`ve researched the issue and if the statement had have been true, we would have corrected the situation and compensated our clients. We do NOT tolerate scams or fraud in any way whatsoever.
Moreover, we don`t create bogus profiles. We don`t pay the ladies compensation in any form whatsoever. We don`t write letters or send letters on behalf of our lady members. We sincerely are here to provide a service to help our clients (both male and female) find happiness.
Also, please bear in mind that the relationships with the lady members unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. I have experienced throughout my career with working in this industry that it is true that scamming does occur. We do our very best to prevent scamming from occurring with the members on our site. However, I have also discovered in my career that many members are skeptical and believe that they are scammed almost every time a relationship fails. And this is definitely not the case at all.
It is possible for the men and women on our site to change their minds and lose interest the same as what commonly occurs when dating women face to face in your country. Misunderstandings and events as well take place that sometimes cause our members to grow suspicious of one another. For these reasons, we`re here to do our best in resolving these situations. And in the very unfortunate event we determine that a member has been scammed, we make sure he is compensated for what he spent communicating with the lady member on our site. If the agency is involved, we discontinue our partnership with them. And of course, the lady member is also removed from our site.
As well, please consider that many of our clients have successfully met a genuine lady here and have been able to start a relationship (can be confirmed on our testimonials page). We have even secured 4 marriage testimonials in the last year. Additionally, if this helps, we have over 50,000 active members, most of which are happy with the services we have provided. What you have seen posted on the internet have come from the few who are unhappy.
There is no smoke and mirrors or any con game we`re playing with our clients. We DO NOT scam or fraud our clients in any way, neither do we tolerate any scam activity on our site. We take full responsibility for our site and for our clients. We stand behind the legitimacy of our company. We are an honest company. And there aren`t any ulterior motives behind our operation. We can assure you that if you contact us and address your concerns with us, we are there for you every step of the way, 100% of the time. We answer questions and we resolve issues. Lastly, it is how we conduct our business and the responsibility we take for our clients that should determine the legitimacy of our company and the true motive to our clients.
We truly believe it is possible to find love here. We truly are desirous of helping others find their true match! Once again, thank you for addressing your concerns with us and please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
Shyrah
