1. They have nothing to pay, for good or for worse .
2. They can receive EOIs, but not send them.
3. They can reply to received EOIs with either a "Yes, I'm interested" or "No, I'm not interested" - correct?
4. They can send EM emails. Question is: is their content free, or canned/pre-formatted? If free, can they send contact info to EM men, or only when the latter have previously paid to obtain it with the right type of membership?

When I joined EM in 2005 I had to complete a questionnaire which addressed each of the IMBRA disclosure requirements (e. g., number of marriages, arrests, etc.).  EM indicated that such would be sent to women I contacted. 

This year I joined another agency similar to EM.  No questionnaire.  Nothing.  Pay your money and commence contact.

This is all true. Women cannot send EOI's. So im always puzzled by men here who say they get EOI's from women on EM, since its technically not possible.

Sending men a letter is free, it's just an empty box and you can type whatever you will, contact info included. It is the man that has to pay to read the letter, so content of the letter is absolutely irrelevant to EM. Whatever you send there, it is paid for by the man if he chooses to read it.
I was a member for 3 years, the features you receive as soon as you sign up is all the features available. Nothing new comes later

I can attest that at least one EM woman sent her email address to me - a Silver (free) member then using the now no longer available option of unlimited correspondence with 1 woman - which means that EM does not censor women's letters .

Therefore their Platinum membership makes little sense - apart from quantity - since a Gold one seems sufficient to obtain direct contact details with a little initiative .

I think I have 20 EOI's left over out of the initial 50.

No, here is no censorship of the EM mail system. You can ask for contact info immediately and she can initially send or respond to a letter with personal or Internet contact info in any email.

Once you have received a letter from a gal you can continue to read and respond to her emails no matter what your status.
