This post of ML seems strange to me. Why didn’t he use an introductory or at least conclusive sentence from himself to place the message in a frame?  If he were “retarded” , I would explain the absence by the thought that he did not know how to introduce the RW message. However, he does not appear to be a person who is unable of thought composition, so the post strikes me as an odd one.

But I was just trying to do a favor for the lady in question AND for all the interested guys.
And despite the 'maybe not right form and place comments,' etc., I'll bet this posting is seen by many of the appropriate guys.

There are many postings and discussions here about trying to find gals who are not 'tainted' by being with agencies, etc., so I would think there would be  some "Thank You's" rather than the contrary.

Don't we proclaim that we are trying to help  one another?

21 y.o. LOOKING for a foreign husband up to 40 y.o.  hmmmm... not a very good thing in my experience. Girls that age usually would do something like that if they were just hurt by a boyfriend or have some difficult situation/circumstances in their life. They are looking for a quick fix, to feel better NOW. In most cases I doubt it that there is a good potential for LTR in this scenario. Surely this girl might be an exception, but my life experience tells me chances are this may lead to trouble... A 21 yo girl typically doesn't have the maturity or mindset for international marriage.
Just my opinion.

I'd find the age range a small flag as well. Maybe 21 to 27 or so would sound more workable. A bigger one [flag] though is the age of the young lady. Still not critical, but a 21 year old would take a couple of years to work up a relationship with in order to be confident that a solid foundation and knowledge of the other had been gained.

Probably should get her on and into the chat room to get her knowledge and English practice up to speed.

If you would want to do the lady a favour, you would not put her email address in a place that is bound to have it end up in Google, and attract probably unwanted attention.

IMHO this is either a fake ad, or trying to do the reverse of what is advertised.
Earlier people have tried to do the same to help out, but were smart enough to request a contact by PM for getting the email address and/or other info.

Honestly, no, I can't take the time.  I think it would be impolite to write a on-line message of the form "yo, where ya from?"  And it's equally disingenuous to write a long sincere message about my quest for a life partner and then not bother to respond when she says she's from some far-off place that I have no interest in going to.  I'm not going to go to some obscure place like Yakutsk or Murmansk to meet some girl.  I decided to ask the question on the forum because some other guys might have the same question.

There's so many girls to write.  The problem isn't finding girls to write.  The problem is finding girls to write where there is some likelihood of it going somewhere.  I'm trying to find out why I should take the time to write this particular one out of the tens of thousands of others I could spend my Sunday morning writing to.

As for the attempt to network, I don't see anything wrong with this as long as you know who you network people with. There's an assumption of a certain amount of responsibility that come with this whether we'd like to believe so or not.

OTOH, networking sure is a helluva better way of meeting people than paying seedy dating agencies that promote and feature women in the same flavor as escort service agencies do..

Thanks for posting.

This scenario has been done in the past for RW "looking",
and has never been an issue.
In fact it was welcomed.Occasionally the RW themselves followed up and joined RWD.. to answer directly.
a RWD member *RussianWind * , did the same for two of her friends, and the post was  welcomed.

There are simple not enough RW posting here that it would be a problem,if it ever was ,
I think we can wait to cross that bridge at that time.

21 with skills and looks looking for an older man - as in PREFERS.  It can happen, but it is not the norm and must happen naturally.  Even then, Eduard is correct ( I think he is generally correct about many things - with the possible exception of language ... but hey, there's a 1000 ways to skin a cat.)

I am convinced that SCAMS comprise MOST the action in online correspondence.  SCAMS in the sense that there is misinformation and  hidden agendas - no matter how slight.  These things can stick in your head for good, of ill.
