I gather, from this and other posts of yours, that you run a RW dating/marriage agency?

You always can look for a public information

Perhaps you're not allowed to say which ONE on this board, but could you PM me with it?

Sure I can say,...... http://www.catchyurmatch.net

Were you being serious or sarcastic about "Jim's site"?  I don't really care -- it's just hard
for me to tell which ...

I was being sarcastic.  Jim would have been honored to list me as a Gold member, back then it was his top 10
Recommended agencies, for $20 a month. This was in the year 2000.  I refused to pay to be recommended, as I
told Jim it was something you earned, not pay for.  Since then one could say we have not agreed eye to eye as to
good agencies, bad agencies, good girls, bad girls, etc.

There used to be two links here about some of that conversation, and much more, they were in there own sub area
here but it appears those links have vanished, or I just couldn't find it. Probably me not being able to find them but I did look.

>> But of these many who expressed their love for you, probably not more than
>> one or two of them actually meant it.

Seriously, are you saying that there are ANY legit "girls" on D-M?

I was actually being a little sarcastic about two women really meaning they love you.

You know newkt in almost all other cases I feel good when I tell guys that good girls are on bad agencies.
Good girls do sign-up for bad agencies. Many of these women actually do sign-up for agencies thinking the agency will help them to find a foreign husband.  Often times we men, since the popularity of the internet took hold, we men know more about marriage agencies than many of the women do.

Even agencies with the worse reputation have real, sincere, beautiful women. Anastasia is one such agency.  The secret to not getting scammed by the scam agencies is to get the ladies direct contact information and begin to communicate with her outside of the agency.  If you cannot get the woman's direct contact information then you are just wasting your time. If the woman refuses to communicate with you directly, will only do so through the agency, it's 99% of the time, time to move on.

With DM I would like to think they have some real and serious girls, and maybe they do. Just by the sheer number of girls working for them one would have to think they have some real and sincere girls and by giving DM that consideration, my opinion only, and remember by name is in red, I think yes, their must be some real and serious ladies but the percentage is very, very low.

I'd assumed that the entire SITE was a big scam ... Am I wrong?
Are they not ALL "paid writers"?  If not, then how do you know?
Don't they ALL work on commission for letters sent and received?
Seriously, I'd like to know ...

My opinion only. ...... DM started out with the best of intentions. The owner, Anastasia, I think really did start out with the best of intentions. When she first started this business I am sure she had no idea how successful, how much money they would be making from this business model.  However the original business model just didn't take off as they were seeing from the "other side" of the business being generated. (young, pretty actors/model/girls on video chat)

At first the owners, wife and husband, would punish those, remove those agencies who were caught scamming.

As I have so many stories I can tell from this industry let me relay this one story. This is not hearsay, would, could, back this up in a court of law.

A few years ago I am in Nikolaev and one evening I am with one of the guys. It's about 10:30pm and just enjoying the evening. Many of the guys have laptops and modems and wifi and are often checking to see if any of the ladies from some of the personal sites have written them back. On this one evening a client by the name of Jim, that's not his real name but name I will use, goes on line, goes to DM and see's a woman from Nikolaev who he knows who is online, available to chat.   Not available for video, which was more common a few years ago, but available to chat.

So Jim writes Natalia, who is from Nikolaev, hello, how you doing, she writes back, how is he doing, etc. Then Jim ask's her to meet, tells her he is in Nikoalev. They had wrote each other before, agreed to meet.    Natalia disconnects.   Jim has Natalia's phone number, he call's her, curious as to why she disconnected after he asked her to meet.  Natalia answers the phone, it's now a little after 11pm and we wake Natalia up.  Natalia is happy to hear from Jim.  Jim ask's why she hung-up after he asked to meet her.  Natalia says she does not know what he is talking about, disconnect from what? Jim told her he saw her on DM.  Natalia says she has been sleeping at least an hour, she had not been on DM for a day or two.  Jim then made arrangements to call Natalia in the morning and let her go back to sleep.

Jim is a little pissed. Jim knows Anastasia with DM. We look at the time it is in California, it's early afternoon so Jim call's Anastasia and he tell's her what just happened and that there is some type scam going on with someone pretending to be Natalia, chatting as Natalia but it's not Natalia.  Anastasia get's on her computer, does some checking and say's she is removing that agency from the agencies she does business with. End of call with Anastasia.

Fast forward one hour later and I get this call from some guy named Andri.  Andri would like to meet with my client Jim. I ask him why, who is he?  He is owner of the DM franchise and has just learned his agency is out.  Andri say's there is a misunderstanding and he would like to talk to Jim.  I tell Andri he cannot meet Jim.

For about a week this franchise for DM was down, not working. A week later it was up and running again.

And WHERE in Florida is their corporate office, anyway???

Their office is not in Florida, they are in So. Cal.   I mentioned Florida as recently CEO, one of the owners
of HRB, offered about a week of expenses paid for a man and wife, I think he's married, could be his fiancée,
to come to corporate office and see they were legit.

The scam with DM is coming from Ukraine and Russia, not at their office in So. Cal, not at office in Florida.

And Jack, I saw that someone (OlgaH?) posted a "Der Spiegel" article a while back
about one of your site's "introduction parties" in Odessa ... Is that article basically true?

The Der Spiegel article she has brought up, the GQ article she has brought up, she thinks they will hurt me. If that is the best OlgaH can do, well, bless her heart, at least she tries.  If I had anything to hide, if I was ashamed of anything we do, I would not grant such interviews.  I know, I can see many of these journalist trying to dig up dirt.  The best they can do you can read for yourself and if that's the best they can do,...well,...no scandal,  no dirt,  no sales.

newkt I am cannot think of anything that Der Spiegel, or GQ, or Playboy, wrote that was not true, or could not be true.  I was not present for many of the interviews and cannot say those were actual direct quotes from other men or women. The statements they quoted from me I feel are all true.

I may not paint the picture other agencies, other men, or women want to see, I do paint the picture I see.  If I thought this was an ugly picture, I would give up painting.  I think it's a beautiful picture and am excited with each painting.

And sweet OlgaH, being behind on your franchise tax is not such a big deal in Texas. I know, you wish, hope, it is a big deal, it is not. If you don't pay your $50 franchise tax one year you get this standing. To straighten it out you just send in the payment and your in good standing again.

Dear Jack, you are mistaken about what I wish or hope. It was just an observation that your corporation is not in good standing as it has not satisfied all franchise tax requirements. Of course it is only decision of State of Texas if the franchise tax is big deal or not, but I would think twice before dealing with a corporation that fails to submit an annual report on Franchise Tax and doesn't care what is written in its certificates.
http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxinfo/franchise/franfaq.html

"To keep the corporation active and in good standing, the corporation must file a franchise tax report and a signed Public Information Report annually.

An entity reinstating its registration with the Texas Secretary of State must provide a tax clearance letter showing that all franchise taxes have been paid. "

Clients’ Failure to Pay State Franchise Taxes is Risky Business for Factors
http://www.fundingbyallied.com/blog/2010/07/clients-failure-to-pay-state-franchise-taxes-is-risky-business-for-factors/
“Not in Good Standing,” however, is very different. “Not in Good Standing” is a red flag for factors.  It means that the entity has not paid its state franchise taxes and has, therefore, forfeited its right to do business in Texas.

That you use a different address than registered it is of course also only your business and decision (BOC §5.201)  http://www.firstdream.com/anketa.htm

But I also have my concern when I see not registered address and read:

firstdream.com | Owner: First Dream, United States, 760 Dove Circle, Lewisville, 75067, TX

The scam with DM is coming from afflilates in Ukraine and Russia, not from there office in Southern California.  The scam with HRB is also coming from Ukraine and Russia not there office in Florida.

If clients pay directly to the official registered corporation DM and RHB, the corporations are responsible for the service provided and committed fraud as well.

My advice to the clients of the agencies would be first of all to know about official registration of companies they are dealing with not only in US but especially outside US, and to be very careful dealing with companies that deny responsibility for activities of their affiliates.

Just curious olgah why would this have your concern?   :o

Of course this is what I think, it's what many men think, but in reality these corporations are turning a blind eye to "possible" scam.

When I was part of a legal enity that was taking legal actions against Anastasia several years ago, and yes, we ran down to the local tax office, got squared away on our franchise tax before proceeding with legal actions, we were targeting the many letters being written by beautiful women who were not really doing the writing.  Thanks to big mouth Englishman John Watt's letting the cat out of the bag about the lawsuit Anastasia promptly relocated it's letter writing operation to Moscow.

Wonder why?

An entity that is “not in good standing,” cannot sue another individual or organization but other corporations or individuals can sue the entity. The organization “not in good standing” may also find it difficult to enter into contracts or open bank accounts.

"A corporation is “in existence” with the SOS and "in good standing" with the Comptroller as long as it files all the forms and documents required by the state agencies. When an organization does not respond to correspondence from the SOS or Comptroller, the organization may lose its corporate privileges. The organization’s status with the SOS then changes from being “in existence” to “forfeited” or “involuntarily dissolved.” Its status with the Comptroller changes from being "in good standing" to "not in good standing." The most common reasons that organizations lose their good standing are:
• failure to file Secretary of State Form 802; or
• failure to file a franchise tax return, request an exemption, or pay a state franchise tax to the Comptroller."

"A Texas Certificate of Good Standing  verifies that your Texas Corporation or Texas LLC is in Existence, is authorized to transact business in the state of Texas, and complies with all state of Texas requirements.

So, while your First Dream, Inc  is not in good standing according to the Texas Controller of Public accounts (August 16, 2010) it means your First Dream, Inc forfeited its rights do do business in Texas.

jack your ignorance is so darling! I can just see how much your clients could learn from you.

"your ignorance is so darling" you say eduard?  gee that is a catchy phrase. How long did it take you to think that one up eduard?  Would you mind if I use it when I see a good time to do so?

eduard, now that you bring up what my clients can learn, the education most my clients receive is one of the main things they thank me for.  Many men have told me they think what they learned from our trip during a two or three week time period was equal to what they would have learned on their own over a two or three year time span.  And I very much attend to agree with them. One trip with me usually takes a couple years off the learning curve.

And the connections these guys make in each city, seeing how to get around, makes his next trip a piece of cake. Having drivers, support staff to help you with any and all issues including buying all your tickets for domestic travel (train, plane, bus), interpreters, trusted, reliable agencies and websites, fine flats in the very center of the center, wireless modem for your American laptop that gives you service anywhere, on the train, on a bus between Dnepropetrovsk and Nikolaev, at an outside cafe while watching girls, or in any flat you stay in (cost about $75 for unlimited service for one month and this includes the modem. Second month is dirt cheap, maybe $20), someone to take you to every airport, train station, bus terminal and someone to greet you at the other end and take you directly to your flat, support going to the nearest GOOD market located to your flat and stocking up on juice, water, milk, cereal, eggs, bread, ham, cheese, mayo, chips. These are things my clients are able to do on their own after there group or individual tour with me. AND the topping on this fabulous dessert, ....the women the guys meet in each of these cities!!!

With this type education eduard not much need for guys like you or me.  In one sense eduard I'm sorry to say that I cannot ever see the possibility of any of my clients ever needing any of your services. They will be able to do it all themselves, but of course they will always be able to call upon you and I for any type support,...right eduard?

However I have sent some clients your way eduard, close to about a dozen as best I can recall. I will not accept
any guy who I think is a few bricks short of a full load, know what I mean eduard?  Or who has really unrealistic expectations, and I can usually go a long way's for most guys, or a guy who has the class or elegance of a donkey. Your typical client as portrayed in the video you have produced is a good example and like the dozen or so guys I referred to you.   Thank goodness you will take care of men like this.   To these men eduard I am sure your ignorance is not only darling, but greatly accepted.

Is this a serious girl looking for marriage??? Not!!! I'm not gonna spend any more of my time looking at your picks. But it speaks volumes of your "expertise".

eduard as I explained to Good ole boy, I did not look at the profiles of any of these women, in 10 minutes time I only clicked onto ladies of 25 who were seeking men over the age of 40, as you said you had NEVER seen any woman on a Russian personal site of 25 seeking a man over 40.    "Oh, boy",  more eduard bs I could see, now eduard is trying to portray to men that women on Russian personal sites do not seek men of great age differences.

eduard look at link number 8.

A woman of 25 seeking a man up to 60 for love, marriage and a family.

Do you see that eduard!   Good, now for the FIRST time in your life you have seen a Russian woman of 25 who is wanting marriage, family and will accept a man up to 60.  You know eduard at some point I feel you will need to begin thanking me for helping you with your education.

Look at link number 10 eduard. A woman of 25 seeking a man to 50 for love, a relationship, she will not accept or consider being a sponsor.

Link number 15 a lady of 25 seeking a man up to 25 for love, a relationship.

Link number 20, a lady of 25 seeking a man up to 50 for marriage and family.

Link number 28,  a lady of 25 seeking a man up to 50 for marriage, family, to have and raise children.

Link number 31, a lady of 25 seeking a man up to 50 for love, a relationship.

See eduard in your over 50 years of life you had NEVER seen a Russian woman of 25 on Russian personal sites who were interested in seeking love, marriage, family, children with a man over 40 and in 10 minutes, 10 short minutes, I am able to show you five such women.

As far as expertise goes eduard I would match my expertise in the pursuit of a Russian woman against yours any and every day of the week and twice on Sunday's.

You are so silly in your quest to discredit me that you jump on the first little thing you can find, ha?

But eduard, you make it sooooooooooooo easy!  With you eduard it is the first little thing over and over and over again.

And I will never think it is silly to expose, discuss, many of what I consider your ridicules claims and statements.

Remember your telling everyone on this discussion board that their were 8 Russian women for every 1 Russian man?
You stumbled across the RWD eduard thinking your bs would fly here. Little did you know at the time that this site was and is filled with educated, experienced men with respect to the pursuit for a Russian bride.  Your 8 Russian women for every 1 Russian man might fly somewhere else, and probably did, but not here eduard.  It was at this point when I knew that you were full of it, that you were trying to pass yourself off as an expert, someone who was knowledgeable, who in reality knew very little. But to your credit eduard you started reading everything you could on the RWD very quickly.

You told me before that you recruit some of your women for your socials on free Russian sites, I sure hope you do a better job selecting women for your clients than you did here...man this is really sad.

What "is" really sad eduard?

First of all eduard, try to get this straight, we do not have socials, we have parties. Socials have such a bad reputation I have designed our parties to be much different from the so-called socials.  eduard, Russian personal sites produce many diamonds.  I read where ecock is not so thrilled with Russian personal sites, Jooky is. Sure it's a personal thing but to ecock I will say we have found many, many diamonds, many marriages, from Russian personal sites. Elena's Model's (EM), that ecock is fond of, is a wonderful resource that we also include in our arsenal of sites. Our clients use many sources, many sites and unlike you eduard, also many fine agencies.

And yes, we have many ladies from Russian personal sites who we feel are quite serious who attend our parties.  As I have already mentioned, when you wrote you had NEVER seen a seriously marriage minded Russian woman of 25 from a Russian personals site seeking a man over 40 I  KNEW  "more ole eduard bs'.  I have seen thousands of such ladies over the years.  It is true I did not look at the profiles of the over 30 links I sent, these were 30 something links that I could find in 10 minutes and yes, looking back I see many were sponsor seekers and looking for one night stands, but I DO see, and I DID send and include several ladies who were 25, who were seeking a loving relationship, marriage and children of men OVER 40. Something you had NEVER seen before.  This eduard, from a man who spends a LOT of time on Russian personal sites (or so he say's) and wants guys to think he is knowledgeable is what is really sad.

You already tried this crap on RUA and you know what happened.

What happened eduard?   I was able so show on RUA time and time again you wrote things completely opposite of what you had previously written. One good example was you had written that you often called ladies for your clients, making sure the ladies were real, etc.  Then a few months later when you were trying to defend why IMBRA did not apply to you as you never called any women for your clients, I showed you where you had written just the opposite.  Which was it eduard, were you lying to us when you said you often called ladies for your clients,  or were you lying to us when you said you never called ladies for your clients.  This is hardly something that could be mistaken eduard.  You wrote you did call ladies for your clients, it was one of the many benefit's you offered, then you wrote you never called ladies for your clients.

When I produced another one of your  "oh-ohh, forgot I had wrote that" you claimed I was attacking you when I was merely showing what YOU had written. Then when Brass saw the obvious, someone had got caught fibbing, and he mentioned it, and another guy saw it, also questioned you, then we were a conspiracy after you.  You would never address the fact that you wrote two conflicting statements, always blaming fault on those questioning you.

What happened on RUA was, after not posting for a couple of weeks while on our Christmas/New Years tour to Kiev, towards the end of the tour and having some free time I checked in on the discussion boards. And on RUA I saw one of the moderators, Voyager, had made the statement that at least manny had the ball's to allow open criticism of his book, unlike some other discussion boards.  I had always knew manny would not be happy with my opinion of his so called book and had not given it on the RUA.  But when I saw moderators saying manny had the ball's to allow open criticism I thought I would go ahead and post my opinion on manny's book.   http://russianwomenadventure.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=80&sid=f1a856adf10168aeacbb7b56882f9244    I did and only minutes after posting my book report it was deleted, I was now banned and the post from the moderator saying manny had the ball's to allow open criticism also disappeared from the RUA, with nothing be written of either of the post's being deleted. I guess manny did not have the ball's to allow open criticism after all.

What happened on RUA had nothing to do with me being able to disclose your many inconsistencies eduard, but rather my opinion on manny's so called book, which he called "distasteful trolling".

You only made yourself look like a total arse.

Well, this is your opinion eduard. From what I heard from many, and I do mean many, men in pm's and emails they were thankful I was able to prove what many had suspected, that someone is a master story teller.

People were PMing me saying that they were considering using your services but once they read all your nasty posts changed their minds.

Haaa, well, I guess it all worked out for the best eduard.  I received some clients who said they were considering you as well until they saw they could not believe what you were writing.  So I guess we got each other's potential clients, now how funny is that eduard.

Now you want the repeat of that here?

eduard, I do not care where it is, here in the big leagues, on RWD, or in the minor leagues such as rua, when I see you post bs, when I see you post crazy figures and possible damaging statements I will ALWAYS question you on it. You can impose your far out numbers, crazy suggestions and damaging statements un-imposed on other boards where I do not participate eduard. Here I will call you out every time I see you do such. Better get used to it.

You will only loose potential clients when they see what you are about, so I suggest you just skip this silly effort and do your thing, whatever it is that you do.

WRONG eduard. I think will receive more clients when they see what I am about. If not then maybe by exposing you we will again exchange potential clients.

AND "whatever it is that I do"????   eduard, what do you mean "whatever it is I might do"?  Have you forgotten already?

Remember last year when you asked to see references of some of my happily married clients?  Of course I would not disclose such information on a public board and you would neither, but I did send you in confidence a list of 10 men, their names, email address, how long they had been married. These men had all been married from 3 to 10 years, no marriages still within the first two years.   In exchange eduard I asked you to send me three references of men you had helped to get married.  You went silent.  Then I realized you did not have even three men you had helped to marry, so I asked you to send me the names of two men.  And this you could not do as well eduard.  In fact I strongly believe catman is the ONLY man you have helped to get married to date. Believe me, if you ever had a second married client I think we would have ALL heard about it, and many times.  I hope by now you have a second married client, however I am quite sure you do not have three men you have helped to get married despite what you write (but you can still send me your list of three happily married men and I will consider our exchange even).

eduard when you write "whatever it is I might do", I wonder how can you say this when I sent you a list of happily married men.  You KNOW what it is I do eduard. I help men to find wonderful Ukraine and Russian women they are compatible with and to help marry.  In addition eduard I offer a very unique, personal service, personal touch to clients I feel are serious and reasonable with their expectations and clients I feel I can work with. In addition we tap into the pool of millions of single Russian women who are part of Russian personal sites (where have I heard that before?) and have for many years, certainly many more years than you have, in addition to working with good and honorable agencies, such as EM.  Unlike you eduard we do not limit our resources for our clients. Although you are probably not aware of good and honest marriage agencies, they do exist. Also we do 3 way calls, K-1 help, flats in almost all cities, airport pick-up and delivery, train stations pick-up and delivery, bus terminal pick-ups and delivery, private drivers who can drive from any city to another, flower and candy deliveries, English lessons, running of personal ads, both on personal sites and newspapers, etc, etc. We also offer interpreting,  95% by female interpreters. Female clients seem to prefer female interpreters over male interpreters, it seems they are more at ease in opening up to another woman than a man. Of course you being a male interpreter I expect you will strongly disagree, but it is my opinion based on seeing the results I have and talking with many Russian women.

Many of our clients include in their trips free time to walk Khershaytk, to walk Nevesky Prospect, to walk Karl Marx, Sovietsky, Deribaska, Sumskya, Lenin Prospect, they include time to go to the local malls, where they see thousands of beautiful women and they do so with our Russian speaking female support staff's.  When one of our clients makes what he thinks is good eye contact with a fine looking lady he will often ask our female support personal to ask that lady if she would be interested in meeting him.

When a pretty Russian lady stops another pretty Russian lady eduard, the pretty Russian lady will almost always stop and listen to what this other Russian lady has to say.  But when a Russian man stops, or tries to stop a pretty Russian lady, most times the lady will keep walking. Many of these beauties are used to being hit on by Russian men, and they just keep walking. But for another pretty Russian women, most all ladies will stop and listen to her.  "Excuse me but my (American/Canadian/English/German/Australian/etc)  client could not help but to notice your beautiful smile.  He would very much like to meet you over juice, snacks, lunch or dinner".

If the woman is married, engaged, has serious relationship, not attracted to the man, she will not be interested.  If she is in a hurry and does not have time our female support staff will ask her for her number and she will call her and try to set a later time for meeting. One out of every 4.6 attempts the lady will meet the man then or information is exchanged for a future meeting.  When doing this with a male interpreter is was almost one out of every sixteen attempts we were able to set a meeting. BIG difference in results.

Yes, I know, some men, and I think a very small percentage, will prefer a male interpreter.  To each his own, you must go with whatever you prefer.

Also we have a much better success rate when our female support staff call's Russian ladies from personal sites then compared to when a Russian male call's them.  The Russian women we call just seem to be more at ease in setting time and place for meeting to a female caller than a male caller.  And yes, many, many years ago we would use male callers. Rostick, Igor, Pavel, for example would call  ladies for us but I could see they were not having nearly the success that the female callers were having. Thus for the last 5-6 years we have gone exclusively with female callers, interpreters, support staff to walk with the men about the cities.

So eduard, I hope this helps to clarify to you some of "whatever it is that you do".

Dave, I thought with all my advertising in this post it was in the proper place, but it does not matter.

Sure, I think so.  You know what is the second largest country in Europe?   The largest of course is Russia.  Ukraine is the second largest country in Europe.  And Texas, is just a little bit bigger than Ukraine.

Sure I think Ukraine is big enough for both of us but eduard has said he has the worse results in Ukraine.  Frankly I think if you cannot be successful in Ukraine, how could one be successful in Russia.  But what do I know.

If I were to recommend a tour to someone, no doubt it would be Jack's tour.

Even in spite of the fact that his business is not in good standing, therefore, forfeited its right to do business in Texas where his "First Dream" is registered according to the Texas Comptroller?

So, do you think it is OK to advise a person to use the services of company who forfeited its rights to do business in a state where the company is registered but continues to do its business overseas?  ;D

Olga, making such a conclusion, that is, "forfeiture of rights to do business" does not coincide with the
Texas State Law I am reading. The Comptroller's office reports directly to the Secretary of State.

You've failed to note the provisions regarding reinstatement, among others. I submit you have little idea
about First Dream's true situation. If you're inclined to smear Jack's name or business practice, nobody
can stop you - but the fact is, you're off base and have been tagged out.

To smear Jack's name or business practice? No, Vaughn, your word is too "big"  :D  The Texas Comptroller's office has not only public profiles on corporations but also has phone numbers and they are very willingly give all the information about all the rules and corporations.  To reinstate his business to good standing he has to satisfy all franchise tax requirements first, until then his business will be not in good standing.
I would rather advise people to check the legal status of a company before using it.

Olga, with all due respect - there is a marked difference between a Certificate of Status and a
Certificate of Good Standing in the State of Texas. You have confused the two. I've lived there,
but that doesn't qualify me as any expert - laws do change. In this case, however, nothing's changed.

By the way, to secure absolute proof beyond doubt of what you are insinuating, by Texas Law
you are required to make a good faith attempt to notify Jack or any other officer/owner of First Dream
before you write directly to the office of the Texas Secretary of State with submission of a fee for
the information you are requesting. That link you provided in another thread (gee, am I surprised that
you've posted this accusation more than once?) is quite useless as documentary proof.

You have copied and pasted points 2, 2a and 2b of RWD's ACoE - how convenient of you - to have
quoted something we all can read right here on this site - when you have jumped to wild conclusions
regarding Texas State Law.

PS...  if you don't care for Jack or his business model, I understand you have that choice.

But I do feel you owe him an apology. Now we are delving into the merits of character.

Really?  ;D

Use the Certificate of Account Status search to determine whether a taxable entity doing business in Texas is in good standing with its franchise tax reports and payments.

Apology? because he failed his franchise tax reports  :noidea:  and now his CERTIFICATE OF ACCOUNT STATUS says

CERTIFICATE OF ACCOUNT STATUS

This is in response to your inquiry about the status of

FIRST DREAM, INC

This entity is not in good standing as it has not satisfied all franchise tax requirements.

I guess you appreciate the honesty of his business of "taking advantage of declining economics" and failed franchise tax reports and payments.  ;)

I'm not interested in spending any more time playing jack's game and responding to his borderline psychopathic ramblings. As I said in another thread, I am ignoring him now. Sorry guys and gals but you'll have to enjoy your popcorn without the show!
If any one is interested in what my actual former clients have to say about me personally and my services you can read this thread here:
http://ruadventures.com/forum/index.php?topic=7295.0

Here are a few direct links to my client's testimonies:

And I'm sure that some of you would like to see a thread where jack's former clients give testimony about his service and the wonderful women/wives they found at his socials as well. I'm sure it must be somewhere here on the forum. After all, he's been in the business 3 times longer than me at least! Maybe jack would be so kind as to post a link to it here?

No bs from me, jack.

Really?   So which was it eduard, do you call ladies for your clients, making sure they are real, or do you not call any ladies for your clients, thus not subject to IMBRA.  You have stated both, that you do call ladies, and that you do not call ladies.  If no bs from you, which is it?

Like most MOB agencies you are trying to sell the myth that many RW are looking for older men, which ain't the case in my experience

AGAIN, more false and misleading BS from the King of BS, eduard.

You sell older men on the idea that there are plenty of young girls in their 20s in Ukraine who would be interested in marriage to them

eduard, ANOTHER complete lie by you. Please eduard, can you back this claim?  Or is this another one of those "we just have to trust you that there are 8 Russian women to 1 Russian man.

You have made a statement in which I am saying you are again fibbing, nice word for lying. Please back your statement eduard.

Let's look at what I have posted on RWD, and what I practice on RWD.   This again proves eduard you have no problem making up false statements if you think they will help your cause. It's here in black and white. I hope everyone will see that this is typical eduard, open mouth, insert foot.  How sad.

...

As with most things in life there will always be exceptions and these exceptions should be noted as just that, exceptions. Most of my opinions, statements, experience, are based on high percentages. As with many things in life, with the pursuit for a Russian bride if I go with the highest percentage of positive things happening I am probably going to be more successful and better prepared. I believe with this most wonderful pursuit it is a numbers game unless a man just get's lucky.  And some men do get lucky. Just as winning the lottery, but with much better odds, some guys will and do "just get lucky".

We often see questions about how many years is to many years age difference.

If I was to believe what I read from various sources, that these Russian women do not care about a man's age, only his heart, I would also believe in Santa Claus.  It's just plain bull!  It is true that Russian/Ukraine women will and do accept a greater age difference in men than what we American/Canadian/English/Aussie's commonly see in our women, but that age difference is not as great as what some try to portray.

Here again I am only expressing my opinion. There are and will be exceptions as well varying opinions from my own.  The average Russian/Ukraine woman will generally not have any problem with a man, Russian/Ukraine or foreign man, of 10 years older.  Now many Russian/Ukraine women will expand this age difference by two, three, four years if the man is a good catch, meaning he is handsome, in good shape, will be a good provider, husband, father and most importantly, has a good heart and personality. For these reasons I think it's best for men to not look for Russian/Ukraine women with a greater than 15 year age difference and should really concentrate on women more in the 10-12 years younger age difference if a man wants a young bride and a marriage that is going to last. Foreign men who marry Rus/Ukr ladies within 10 years of their own age seem to have more happier, longer lasting marriages.

Yes, there are marriages of foreign men with Russian/Ukraine women of 20 years age difference, 22 years age difference, 18 years age difference, 25 years age difference.  And many of these "appear" to be happy marriages. Most of these marriages with great differences in ages are not going to last. Yes, some will, and these will be the exceptions. There WILL be some exceptions but they are few. Most men think they will be the exception, they will not be.

You will notice I mention Russian/Ukraine women, not girls. To me the age of maturity for most Russian women is 23. Usually one year out of the University, one year in the work force, now many of these young ladies seriously begin to think about getting married, having a family. Most 23, 24, 25 year old Rus/Ukr ladies will consider local men up to 10 years there age, and foreign men up to about 12-13 years there age.  Some 25 year old Rus/Ukr ladies will consider a man to 40, very few to 45.

...

Now Mr. King of BS, eduard, please show me, as you have stated above,  "you are trying to sell the myth that many RW are looking for older men".  Where do YOU see I am trying to sell the myth that many RW are looking for older men?    Please provide any proof, any written statement where I have tried to sell the myth that RW seek older men?    And just as you cannot provide, in confidence, the name and emails of only three men you have helped to get married, you cannot also back your BS claim that I encourage foreign men to believe that RW are seeking older men.  This is ANOTHER great example as to how you will make statements with no factual backing.

I took a look at another 7 or 8 profiles that you provided links to as examples of 25 yo women looking for older men. They were ALL either spam promoting some other web site (a few of them were already deleted by mamba staff by the time I opened the links) or they were girls looking for a sponsor, basically offering sex for money.

REALLY!   ALL either spam, looking for a sponsor, offering sex for money?

I know you are trying hard to to make your statement that you have NEVER seen a serious woman of 25 on a Russian personal site seeking a man older than 40 a reality, even to the point of evidently being blind, but from the links I sent you, how do you see these women as spam, sponsor seekers or whores.  And can anyone else (besides olgah of course) see these women as sponsor seekers or whores?

Link 16

Lady of 25 seeking a man to 50 for loving relationship. Where is the sponsor seeker, the whore?

I see is a repeat of the woman in link 16.

Lady of 25 seeking a man to 50 for a loving relationship, for marriage, to have children.  Where does anyone besides eduard see a sponor seeker, a whore in this woman?

Link 8

I see this is a 25 year old woman seeking a man to 60 who is wanting marriage leading to children and family, but she has had some bi-sexual relations in the past. Some men would not be interested in this woman but I do not see where she is a sponsor seeker or whore as eduard said all of these profiles were.

http://real-ukraine-girls.alexfriends.com/natallia22/?&s_l=F&s_i=M&s_f=25&s_t=25&s_tg=&s_c=3159_0_0&s_m=0&s_p=checked&s_w=&s_ty=All&s_vf=&s_vw=&s_vip=&s_v=&s_real=&search_mode=Base&anketaId=520656204&gid=141138969&offset=40

AND in addition,  I just went back to this site a short time ago, this time screening out the hookers and sponsor seekers and eduard, PLEASE take a look at these profiles. These are profiles from one of the Russian websites YOU use, and as you have said over and over, you spend a lot of time on these personal sites.  And as of about 36 hours ago you had NEVER saw a sincere Russian woman of 25 on a Russian personal site ever seeking any man over 40.  And as I read this I just shook my head.  eduard is either blind, to lazy to look or trying to mislead.

Ok, eduard, please tell me which of these woman are not sincere, are hookers or sponsor seekers.  eduard, do you see any sincere, good women in these profiles?

In the past you posted on RUA that you recruit some of the women on local Russian sites like Mamba for your "socials". For the sake of your clients I sincerally hope that these are not the type of women you bring to your socials and introduce them to.

eduard we bring nice sincere women from this site to our parties, women like what Misha found and married from this site, good women like Jooky has met from this site.  The same women from mamba that you will introduce to your clients.  Of course their are sponsor seekers and whores on this site, BUT there are many good women on this site AND YOU use this very same site as well.

You were correct in another post where you wrote that you've been in this business for a long time, since the time when I was still married to my AW wife. You also have been on this forum for years. Surely you must have plenty of happily married former clients, some of them RWD or RUA members? Rather than keep picking on a humble guy like me who "doesn't know anything" about Russia, Ukraine and the women who live there, why not focus your efforts on pointing people to the thread on this forum where all your happily married clients give their recommendations and feedback on how using your service helped them marry a great RW/UW? I think that would be a lot more productive, no?

eduard, I do have such a refernce list on my website. I am one of the few agencies who offers men's real emails.

Now as I sent you 10 happily married men, with email addresses for you to write and verify, of your 30 marriages you have created, excuse me as I try to keep a straight face while saying that, ok, of the 30 men you have gotten married why do you not do as I did for you, why do you not send me the name and email of three of these men?  And the answer is you cannot because you have ONE man you have helped to get married.  And you say no BS from you eduard!  Your all BS and I can spot it a mile away.

And jack, when I came on RWD I haven't addressed you,

You don't have to address me eduard, but when you make a statement that you, a man who spends a LOT of time on Russian personal sites has NEVER seen a good and sincere women of 25 seeking marriage to a man older than 40, I am going to show this group it is more of your BS.  It is true that in the 10 minutes it took me to find 30 something women that were 25 years of age and who were all seeking men over 40 that many, most, were sponsor seekers or whores. I did not take the time to read each profile at that time.  After going back I have now presented you with four women wo are NOT sponsor seekers or whores as you have indicated.  Furthmore by going back to this same site today I can present you with many other women who are 25 and seeking love, marriage, to men well over 40, something you had never seen before in your life.  And your suppose to be knowledgeable?

Every one can see that you are the one who started this

I am the one who points out your BS eduard.  Eight to one ratio of Russian women to every man. Pure BS eduard.  First you call women for your clients to verify they are serious, then, so that IMBRA does not apply to you, you NEVER call ladies for your clients. Pure BS eduard.  You have never seen a good and sincere woman of 25 on Russian personal sites seeking men older than 40?  Well, you have now eduard.   Claiming that I am trying to sell the myth that many RW are looking for older men, AGAIN, PROVEN PURE BULL SCHIT from the King of BS, eduard.

..hmmm what should I call it? Effort to discredit me?

Nope!  Making sure newby's are aware of your BS eduard, that's all.

I'm not interested in spending any more time playing jack's game and responding to his borderline psychopathic ramblings.

eduard, what ramblings?  I have sent you links to sites of women who are 25 years of age, seeking marriage to men well over 40, something you had never seen before 36 hours ago.

I have asked you to please let us know, do you call ladies on your clients behalf, or do you not?  I have received four emails from members here asking me to continue to ask you this question until you give a definitive answer.  Nothing rambling about asking you which statement is correct.

The only psychopathic rambling I have seen is that you made the statement that I try to sell the myth that Ukraine women seek much older men. Now to me, and I think most everyone else, unless you can back this with some sort of proof, YOU are the one guilty of any psychopathic rambling.

Sorry guys and gals but you'll have to enjoy your popcorn without the show!

But eduard, you can't leave, your like the star of the show. If you leave we will, or many of us will, be in the dark as to these questions I have asked of you.

Here are a few direct links to my client's testimonies:

This is good eduard.  Are these men you have helped to get married, besides catman that is?  We ALL know that you helped catman to find a wife, I suspect your first and only client you have helped to find a wife, so I am curious eduard, are any of these other references from men who are married today from your help?

And I'm sure that some of you would like to see a thread where jack's former clients give testimony about his service and the wonderful women/wives they found at his socials as well. I'm sure it must be somewhere here on the forum. After all, he's been in the business 3 times longer than me at least! Maybe jack would be so kind as to post a link to it here?

Sure eduard, go to www.firstdream.com  On the second page, on the left hand side you will see a link titled "references".  Here you will find four pages of references of men, many of which are married.  In addition click onto the link titled "Group Tours".  You will see a link titled "References for previous Group Tours" with another 5 pages of references of men, again many who are married.  And one of the things I must do is to find the time to add about another 20-25 references I have received over the last year to the website.

And eduard, do not forget those 10 references I sent you.  I sent you these 10 men, their names and email address's, how long they have been married so that you could write each of these men, many will talk to you.   I was hoping that you in turn was going to send me a list of three men that you have helped to get married. Considering you say you have now helped to marry 30 men, I do not see why you cannot do so,...unless, well, unless you have only helped one man to marry in the many years you have been doing this. Not so successful huh eduard?

Jack, instead of wasting your Sunday rubbishing other service providers, writing sour grapes book reviews on Amazon, or generally making a nuisance of yourself, why don't you go and sort out your tax returns and try to get your own business back in "good standing" before worrying about other peoples?
