The men are neither blind nor naive.  The men are thinking that somehow this dialogue could lead to a fantastic sexual escapade.

I'd wager a bet that it largely depends on the big breasted girl's motivations. She may be making an attempt to make little brother jealous to try and get him back. Some women will certainly use any avenue available and such women will use anyone available as well.

Or it maybe that she had an attraction to the bigger brother all along and she does want a "go" with him. Few brothers would cross that line and date another brother's ex but there are some who do.

Or, it could be that big breasted girl and bigger brother are just platonic friends who flirt. have fun doing it and have no intentions of ever following through. I've had a number of those in my life as well.

Then there is the "other" scenario. She's tempting Big Brother and he's thinking about it.
