Personally I would date a man who is at least the same height as i am in high heels (2.5-3 inches for example). So if I'm 5'7'', is it short or tall?

If those measurements are correct, then you're on the tall side for a woman.. Besides, most high heels are about 5" tall.

And in particular with taller women than you.
You must know that every women who want to be chased in FSU wear high heel between 3 and 6 inches. So for you chase in FSU is not an advantage. Better for you to hit us or europeans gals.
You must consider that every 5' FSU woman will be 6' at least. Even if you add 2 inches or 3 inches with shoes,
so the question is "HOW DO YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE ?"

I met a lot of women in my last travel between 6'3 and 6'5 with high heels and it doesn't worry me because i'm really comfortable (and tall, also).

I think the key thing in trying to answer your question would be that if you can get a date in the USA you will have little problem in the FSU.
 
 
Women in the FSU tend to be a little taller than women in the USA.  Still there are some shorter women.  It seems to me that men who are a little shorter than average often end up with wives that are also on the short side, or once in a while with a really tall woman.  Vain women probably won't be real interested but there are lots of good women who place a priority on finding a good husband tall or short.  Being tall is an advantage but being short is not a death sentance with RW.
 
I'm 5'10" and dated women as tall as 6'2 in the FSU and did correspond with one who was 6'6".  One of the last women I dated was about 4'10".  Height was never an issue with me and there are lots of women who don't care.

I'm assuming from your pseudonym that you're from the USA; going by that, I think your height is the least of your problems if you are unable to write English in its correct form. The impression you will project to an average FSUW is that you are uneducated or stupid.

Other than that, there are many women there that aren't extremely tall and some don't even wear heels. I guess some will not mind a man of short stature but like all these things, you will need to have other physical attributes and/or personality traits that a woman will find attractive.

What is wrong with short gals?  There are many RW women  164 cm tall or less.  I suggest you limit your search to them.  Otherwise you and a tall woman will appear as bizarre as a 25-year age gap.  Wait - many men have not felt curtailed by the latter, so go for it.   
 
Serious answer - everyone is different.  While women would prefer to date men taller than themselves, I am certain given the the large numbers of total women that a few would consider 5' 3" if there were compensating attributes. 
 
 
Pursue the woman of your dreams.  Expect many rejections.   If it proves futile, your dream will adjust itself unless you are obsessive.
 
Ade's brutal point about English skills is important.  I understand what you wrote, but RW will find your compact style confusing, especially with bad punctuation.

No. Never. Absolutely not if they're attractive too...Russian women absolutely love to date short men as long as they look like Quasimodo's cousin. You need to stay on Shrek scale of 1-5 , 5 being the ugliest, a perfect 5.

What do you want?

Do you want to date a woman 5" higher? Unlikely if you're not the French President.
Do you want to date a woman your height or shorter. Very possible.

Regardless of how short a man is, there are going to be thousands of women who are even shorter.  So what is the big problem??

My experience is that their long legs get in the way.  They have to put one foot on a door knob and the other is not at the same level and they get moving too fast and suddenly they slip and you get bent.      [true story]
