but if i may ad, from the city where i grew up, we had a saying
Who Dares, Wins

I suspect, the correct translation into English is:  To win, you must be daring (willing to take chances).

This is similar to the FSU saying:  He who takes no chances won't drink champagne.

But both ideas are simplistic and wrong.

The correct idea is:  You must take many actions that have a low probability of success to to have a small chance at achieving  something above the norm.

The simplistic idea is  that if you take  chances you will  win.

Rather: When you take chances, the majority of the time, you will fail.  Otherwise you aren't really taking chances, you are just doing something that has high probability of success.  But the reward will likewise be low.

This simplistic idea occurs repeatedly in business.  I love to deal with such persons.
A beautiful woman is pleasant to look at, but it is easier to live with a pleasant acting one.

CDW you are not a victim...YET.
However most of your posts show such paranoia that you will be certain to spend a fortune on preventing to be scammed, which is how they will scam you.
Apart from this, with your mindset the chance to find a woman is absolutely minimal, as you seem to weigh everything as a possible scam.

With such outlook, you might save yourself the time and money.

No it is not a dog. Its really how I look.  ;)

Ever thought I am very clever not to get scammed?

I always know when people trying to scam me.  Unlike you, I can read their minds and their body language.

That's why I have never been scammed.

Care to place a bet on it?  If I win, you divorce with your wife.  If I lose, you can have the woman who will scam me

That same Wiki entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Who_Dares_Wins) says it was first uttered by Thucydides (Vth century BC):

"Τοις τολμώσιν η τύχη ξύμφορος"
(Tois tolmòsin e tùhe xùmphoros)

However, others contest this attribution is and maintain it's actually a back-translation into Greek of Virgil's:

"Audentes fortuna iuvat"
(Fortune aids those who dare, Aeneid 10.284)
Milan's "Duomo"

Throwing money at lost money. Your lawyer will most likely ask an advance of 25%, add some translation costs etc.... Oh well at least some more people will not be hungry. ;D

Shadow, for once, stop being so negative and let him get on with it.    If no-one fights for it,  then they will continue on what they are doing.

I just want to prevent him from being scammed further. From all who are rendering services to 'help' him and get paid nothing else is to be expected as them having a laugh at his dime.

As you are so sure of it being good, how about you paying his lawyer? After all with your psychic abilities you know when the lawyer will be int it for the money.

This whole thread has evolved into the blind leading the blind.

Did you ever hear about the professor who spent his entire life proving that the Illiad was not written by Homer, but by another Greek with the same name?

this is from lawyer

In your case we will give the following consultation.

You made the statement in law enforcement agencies on perfect fraud in 2012 on which the decision on refusal in initiation of legal proceedings is made. About these you been notified in writing, but didn't provide the copy of the relevant resolution. You passed the terms on the appeal, didn't appeal against it to this day, and for this period in Ukraine there was a changes in the criminal procedure legislation by which other order of the appeal of these decisions is determined.

In this case we see one "exit" from current situation for which it is possible to be hooked and try to achieve positive result in a judicial order concerning recovery of your provision and return of the statement for fraud on an early stage with renewal of procedure of check of the committed crime. By its results acceptance the decision on opening of criminal proceedings and carrying out the corresponding investigative actions is possible. However, in this case we can't guarantee the guaranteed positive result, and we speak about possible only actions on restoration and correction of your affairs.

We can receive as representatives the copy of the Resolution on refusal in initiation of legal proceedings and on standards of the old and new criminal procedure legislation on transitional provisions of its application – to appeal against actions of law enforcement agencies and the made decision in court. And already according to the made judgment at us to appear the chance again to open criminal proceedings and to carry out necessary investigative actions on check and establishment of the actual circumstances of perfect fraud concerning you.

thought that some people wanna know how far i am already or to show that i really mean it

Or to say it different: your earlier case was not accepted and you did not appeal to this in time. Send us a copy of the rejection and we will look at it to see if we can do. However we can not guarantee your any results.

Which translated in normal language means: hey spend money if you want, but you have no chance in hell.

true, but what i did not did with the previews complain, is that i had 1 witness, that person worked in the same agency, knows those girls personally, and hates the main scammer.
Now i involve that person, because i have no other option
i should receive the moneytransfers from me to that girl from Western Union by email within 48h

Also i did research about this guy, he has the nickname The liquidator, so yeah, I'm doing research and take mine time before i act
So atm i have send-ed a lot of photo's from those girls, i told what happend, mine mistakes included, The info from those girls with there links from Yea4u and Vkontakt, adres, phonenumbers etc....
Now i have asked to reopen mine old accounts of Yeva4u and they're old yeva4u profiles, because if they are back open, they hang

Also, i have made the link from the head of that local agency with one of his genuine girl, where i can proof that they are a couple, together with all the necessary documents

so yeah, but its still 50% chance that they reopen the case, but also 50% that they not doing it
Its also what that lawyer said, its the perfect fraud what they committed
