When I was accused of being a liar-- when I first came to the forums-- and again more recently-- I offered to bet $5000( and $10K if they wanted it) on whether I was lying. The issue in my case was--I was accused of having never been in Ukraine( the starter of that lie has in fact never set foot there himself-- and sought to wriggle every which way to avoid acknowledgeing that FACT. Others who I cannot describe here without being moderated!! joined in and have persisted in repeating that lie many times. My offer to bet them collectively or each one that amount or more-- was never taken up. I then offered to donate what would be my winnings( and match it with another $5K) to a Ukraine Charity .
Despite making it clear I was not simply seeking to make a $ out of them-- none of them had the courage to back up those repeated lies( lies made in an attempt to discredit me,to attempt to ridicule me and encourage others to do the same) . It is pretty clear that is a very nasty thing to do.
Now we have BillyB saying that this is a false accusation being made about him--he has made the offer similar to mine.
BillyB--if I may suggest-- Boethius is a lawyer-she will have a trust fund and be able to draw a legal document to satisfy the safety of everyone's money until the truth of the matter  is established .In effect--you need someone to make the call of the fact of your marriage.
  Secondly-- call for the bet to be made-- and offer like I did to donate to Ukrainian Childrens charity( I have one in mind)!!
  These guys are prepeared to perpetrate a hurtful lie and repeat it over a long period of time-- it is now time to put up--or shut up permanently with the accusation.
  I do not know the BillyB story--only parts of it-- but I cannot see why someone would tell a lie like this-- even less so can I see why others would come to that conclusion.
 So come on accusers --put your money up and show us how much you really believe in your accusations that have taken up so much forum space !!

I would not introduce someone I've never met on the internet to my wife without meeting them first but I can convince her there is a fool who wants to separate from his money and all we have to do is meet him at city hall, bring a marriage certificate, and have them verify that we are legally married.

Now, if you were a man after my own heart (which you aren't I'm pretty sure), I could understand why you'd balk once people started requesting or demanding evidence. But, that does not negate the fact that a wedding picture was never posted prior to that; instead you post pictures of redwoods and partying in Vegas - all sans wedding rings of course. lol Come on, really, we aren't all rubes you know.

I have no problem with believing Ade is married with a child  without seeing anymore that his written word. That is the point here Ade-- you are calling the guy BillyB a liar-- based on what? But then again, I don't have a thread dedicated to my "awesome" life, which describes in nauseating detail how wonderful I am, how good a lover I am, my past conquests, how sexy/beautiful/young my Ukrainian wife is, how my MiL gives me sex tips on how to pleasure her, and neither do I post many pictures of my aforementioned wife - though if I did do with such abandon as Billy, I can assure you that at least one would be of our wedding day and in most she would have either an engagement ring on or a wedding band as would the vast majority of posters given similar situations.


The photo inconsistencies and just plain weirdness in most of his stories makes me think that there's a good probability that his marriage is a big con as are his stories about his larger than life and very weird MiL. He's winding everyone up, pulling everyone's leg, extracting the urine. So no, I don't need proof, but I'm buggered if I'll believe anything that he types without it. It's your choice if you do though.

I actually agree with part of your attitude - if I was in the same situation as you guys I certainly wouldn't post it on here (or anywhere else on the internet) in the way that BillyB has.  That being said, I actually read his story ages ago (all of however many parts it was) to find out why he was attracting such negative attention - boy, was that a mission!  While I can easily see that his writing style, and openness about his past life and how he's got where he is now with A, rub a lot of people up the wrong way, it's his story - if he wants to tell it that way, it's his choice.  I guess part of that stems from the industry in which he's involved - construction is a tough life, and you don't get be that successful if you can't persuade people that they really do want your services.

From what he has posted, BillyB is a reasonably open book - for example, I don't think there's anyone else on here who would have admitted to any major criminal convictions.  There is so much information out there that it would be very easy for anyone living in his area to check out the details.

As for the "photo inconsistencies" that you refer to - what are they?  All the photos which BillyB has posted show a glamorous young woman enjoying herself - unless he's stolen a huge cache of photos from some poor unsuspecting boob, I'm happy to believe that she's his other half.  Apart from the fact that you can't see A wearing a ring in any of the photos, what's your problem?  My ex-wife has very sensitive skin on her hands, and left her rings off quite a lot of the time.  She was also fairly paranoid about dropping or damaging them, so never wore them when we were sightseeing.  I'm not saying that either of these situations applies to A, just that it's a possibility.

Overall, I'm happy to believe BillyB, just as I believe you and everyone else on here  .

You are forgetting that she's been seen wearing a ring. Large, flashy, cheap looking costume jewelry type so no, the fragile, sensitive hands crapola was just that.... and no wedding pictures.


Who could she be? Who knows, I could speculate at foreign student. I could speculate a lot more than that of course and it would all be as credible as BillyB's ridiculous tale but it would also be outside the TOS I imagine.
