In the meantime, they already violated this kid's right to a defense and a fair trial, which he is afforded to by the Constitution that our politicians today are juggling around at their political leisure. This kid is very toast whether or not he had anything to do with the bombing.
 
They absolutely have no baseline evidence to tie them into some notorious jihadist group or history. None. You can almost visualize how these idiots are scrambling around this case making pshyt up along the way.

This man will never get a fair trial. Society psyche would not allow it. Remember the gun thread? The gun owners were supposedly not only ready to protect themselves from a criminal but even overthrow their own government if required.  What do we see in reality? The whole city stand still hiding behind close doors because of one, just one young man.  No terrorist acts of which were plenty and no terrorist on the loose never put Russia or the UK into such humiliating position.  For that he will be killed without a chance of fair trial.

Was the bomb detonated via a cell phone? Heck look at his cell service and see where he made the call/s to right at that time. Was it detonated by a timer? Considering they said it was within 10/12 seconds that he laid down and walked away from the 'bomb' before it exploded, a 10-second contingency is fairly gutsy for a 19-year old to do, especially one who's had no training, history, or prior experience in doing this, no?

U.S. drops charges against Mississippi man in ricin letters case

(Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors dropped charges against a Mississippi man accused of sending ricin-laced letters to President Barack Obama and a U.S. senator, according to a court order signed by a judge on Tuesday.

The move came hours after Paul Kevin Curtis was released from a Mississippi jail on bond.

Also, I don't remember who it was but I vaguely heard one news outlet that stated a 'suspect' apparently shaved it's head to look different than the pictures shown as a 'person of interest'. Was that the older brother?

Why are some of you so skeptical of law enforcement's preliminary reports?  Yes,   Dzhokar deserves a hearing if not trial even though he killed and maimed innocent men, women and children.   And he needs to be interrogated so that we can better understand the brothers' motives and planning. 
 
Maybe this interrogation will be useful to the FBI in preventing such acts of terror from being repeated on our turf.   Maybe this will incriminate others.   Nevertheless, I have read and seen enough regarding the Tsarnaev brothers.    In the end this bastard should die a slow, painful death by doing to him what he did to his victims.

I vaguely remember hearing the news during the day when they were actively pursuing the two guys. It was reported that a '3rd' person was in custody and had in fact admitted guilt and responsibility for the bombing. I'll try and find out when/what and where that occurred, but in the meantime I'm surprised to see how so many Americans already declared this guy guilty despite the absence of a trial.

Umm...  That same morning show forcast showed both the brothers with backpacks going to their spots and dropping off the backpacks and walking away without those backpacks and then great explosions occurred.
