Vanier,

It is apparent to me that you have swallow the RW fantasy, hook line and sinker.  Even though we tell you it is a scam, you remain in a state of denial.

How many times has this happened?  ;D

Why do some people have to learn everything the hard way?

To OP.

Get complete info on how much money in total the gal wants you to send her and any travel agency.

Then send all this money to me.

I will perform a thorough analysis and arrange for her to come to meet with you.  And I will throw in a wedding after you two have fallen totally in love which will happen within 2 weeks max.

I can provide you with three references (if they are still alive) for guys I have helped do this before.  I am still in intimate contact with their wives at least.

Trust me on this.

Or, if you insist on doing this the logical and organized way, then read this:

...Should I send her money or is she scaming me?

Ask yourself exactly why you are asking this question...

Something has set off your internal alarm system - that gut instinct - which is telling you, unambiguously, that 'something isn't right here'.  So you took notice and began to ask your questions.  Good for you. That's the first step.

You like the photos you receive. You referred to her as your dream girl.  That she is. She's a dream - a fantasy you've created in your mind.  The very fantasy scammers depend upon for their income.

This scam has been around for years. It's the classic ticket/visa scam.  Your gut instinct has warned you. There is a 100% certainty that you will never meet the woman in the photos.  You've been given the methods above to prove it to yourself.  The dream/fantasy doesn't die easily - but die it must.

Don't be a sucker.

to the OP, I'm sure your dream girl has even offered to send you a copy of her passport to prove herself to you. If you want validation, ask her to present herself on Skype. Then tell her you will go see her. You will have your answer shortly....

I met a woman online and we have been talking for 3 weeks.  she claims she loves me and wants to come visit me.  She said she applied for her visa but it will be 2 weeks before she hears anything.  Shesaid she went to a travel agency for this...to apply for her visa and schedule tickets...she said she paid part of it but now needs more money.  Should I send her money or is she scaming me?

Ha-hah!

Someone in internet got you entertained for almost 3 weeks. Boethius mentioned that you should think about this logically, which I agree completely.

Let me see...a day in Disneyland would likely cost on average $100-$200.00. An average 2-hour movie cost anywhere from $12-25.00/ movie (inc. concessions/parking, etc..).

This certain someone got you all riled up for all of 3 weeks - 24/7...

So, you gotta ask yourself a question (as Mr. Eastwood would say...), 'How much is this all worth to you, hunk?!?" Yuri or Sergei would thank you for it. Entertainment is no longer free, you know.

There is no travel agency. There never was a travel agency.

The one thing she told you that confirms its a scam is she said she can get a visa through a travel agency. No how no way. The USA embassy is the only entity that can issue a visa. She must also appear in person at the embassy. This takes months not a few weeks. Its an obvious scam for that reason alone. Save your money dude.

Well she is supposed to be writing me and giving me all sorts of information to verify in the morning. I am confused..Is there anyway to verify if she is ligit or not?

People have given you the correct answer yet you continue to ask questions hoping someone will validate her existence and sincerity. Add me to the list of people who call it a scam. We've heard this type of song and dance scam so many times it's a no brainer.

100% scam unless she already has a visa to the U.S.
Google the e-mail address first,
e-mails are easy to change but "form" letters are not. A "form" takes less time and can be sent to many men. Take a part of the letter that is unique, copy and paste it into Google with the word scammer before it.
There are anti-scam sites and forums that list these almost word for word.
Here's an example:
http://www.stop-scammers.com/letter.asp?id=7568

Another site of interest:
http://www.russian-dating-scams.com/scams/criminal_complaint.htm

A raid on the scammers' office in Yoshkar-Ola, Russia

If she does not answer questions or it seems you are not holding a conversation with her move along, scammer or not.

I also highly doubt a real Russian woman would ask for money. I once offered to pay for English lessons and was told "No, I cannot take your money". It's called pride and not wanting to feel indebted.
Gifts, on the other hand, are gifts. I sent a bottle of perfume to the same woman and a home made cd of songs I had on the computer; she likes music. She was wild about the cd and yeah, thanks for the perfume.
Her mom liked this one. :D

Another typical scam is paying for translations. Tell her to write in Russian.

She is from isakovo and i dont know what an IP is?  I am new at this.  How do you get the woman of your dreams over to america without sending her money if she doesnt have it.  Should you not pay for tickets..i am being very serious.
You go to FSU to get the woman of your dream, very few women from the east can travel.
